Followed up on May 7 to be told “ We apologize for the inconvenience.Your order has been processed, the tracking number is unavailable at the moment.We fulfill each order in 24-72 hours and takes 14-21 business days for delivery. The demand for our products are high but maintaining the quality is of the utmost importance to us.We value you as a customer and appreciate your business.iCandy Gadgets Team“Called their 1 (800) 548-2960 20 times which is completely useless as all options leave you hanging with no resolution. Emailed them again on May 26, 2020 and received the following response “ Your order has been processed. Due to high demand and during the pandemic Covid-19, shipping times have been slightly delayed but rest assured your order will be with you soon.If your tracking number hasn't updated within the week, please feel free to reach out.You can track your order here: trackingnumber=93612699 Thank you for your patience,iCandy Gadgets TeamWhich shows they supposedly sent my package but to Pompano Fl which is NOT the correct address. Apparently the address they used was undeliverable to the incorrect address and being shipped back to AZ.I emailed them back regarding their “gross” mistake and called another 10x to only be left hanging yet again with no response back in regards to my order. Absolute worst! Avoid at all cost. I echo what others have said, they charge exorbitant shipping fees, miss deadlines, product is sub par at best and they NEVER answer phone or returns messages. I plan on reporting to BBB. Trust me you need to pass over icandywrap, you will regret doing any business with them

Wow. Just wow. This company is terrible! Would score a zero if it was available. They shipped the order ( that we asked to be cancelled and refunded) 4 days after we were supposed to get it for my daughters graduation! They processed the order we directed cancelled after they were failing to meet a deadline. They didn’t respond to email or a voicemail, and accused us of not following directions!! BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! They promised me my order would be received over a month ago, well in advance of my event. Yet weeks went by and nothing. I called over and over to the company, so many times I can't count, but only received an answering machine. No one ever responded. I wrote many emails begging them to get me my order, but no one responded. My event has come and gone, and still nothing from this scam of a company. I can't tell you how upsetting it is to have a special event where you expect your party favors to be memorable and special, but they are never received. All of their promises on their website are absolute lies. Save yourself time, disappointment, and aggravation and use a reputable company. Never give this horrible company a penny of your money.

This company is a scam !I ordered my daughters birthday personalized favors from them. The order was supposed to come in no later than 8/17/17. They emailed me that they will send me a proof for the design and they never did. I kept emailing them and no answer. Tried calling hundreds of times and no answer and no call back ! The chat online is deactivated. I ended up doing my research and find out that this company had been changing their phone number and they web address .. one time the operating person is Christine and another time Amanda. The phone number had been changed few times ! Which is another proof that the are a scam ! They need to be legally sued for their scam business !! Please don't order from them and keep reporting them ! The people that run a scam business and ruins people happy events should be legally sued, fined and serve jail time !

TERRIBLE BUSINESS ICANDYWRAP
I too have been a victim of this company. I had ordered from them 2 1/2 years ago, and everything was fine. I recently placed an order on June 19, 2017, they told me it would be delivered by June 27, 2017. It took almost a week to get the design approval, and then when I approved it and was trying to track my order I could not track it. I had tried to reach out numerous times by phone and email. I did tell them via email if I did not have my order by July 1st to cancel. I did finally on July 10th, receive an email that my order had been cancelled, but on the same day I received by credit card bill that they had billed me the day I placed the order. I am now in the process of trying to get a credit issued to my credit card bill. You can never get in touch with anyone via phone, internet chat or email. I will keep trying though. Don't ever use this company!

Hoax of a vendor
I ordered items almost 3 months ago and the vendor has not shipped them to me. I have contacted them several times with no response. I have since reported icandywrap to the BBB and they have had no luck receiving correspondance from the vendor.

This company is the WORST!
This company is the WORST!! When we placed an order for customized chocolate bars/wrappers, they waited a week to email us to say "Awaiting Design" (pictures). We did send the pictures but appararently they didn't know how to process the order. We emailed them the pictures, asked for confirmation, and we never received a response. We checked the site days later and the status of "Awaiting Design" had not changed. Every time we've reached out to them by email or by phone, they never responded! We tried to cancel our order, but have not received any reponse regarding that. Buyer beware!!! Stay away!!! Use Just Candy. Much more reputable.

Icandywrap is not even worth 1 star. Untrustworthy company and will fight with my credit card to not pay them.. Ordered graduation party favors. They never shipped. Icandy does not answer their phones, respond to emails, or facebook messages. I don't even think they exist.

BUYER BEWARE: iCandy is HORRIBLE!Here is my review that I just posted on their website. I am also posting it here since I'm sure my comments will not see the light of day on the iCandy Testimonials section of their website:The candy bar wrappers and foil were very nice and greatly appreciated. However, the service at iCandy is pretty much non-existent! No one ever answers the phone. No one ever called back despite my leaving multiple voicemails asking for a return call. My emails to iCandy for help received no reply. Online Chat never worked. Proofs took FOREVER to turn around -- despite my paying a Rush Charge for expedited turn-around and despite my changes being MINIMAL. I honestly thought I would not have my wrappers in time for my party. It was way too stressful a process and I would never use you again -- unless you've made serious changes to your Customer Service. Worrying about candy wrappers was the last thing I thought I'd face in planning my Mom's milestone birthday. iCandy sucked my energy dry at a time when I needed all the energy I could muster.Furthermore, I checked online reviews when I wasn't hearing back from iCandy. It was no surprise to me when I read MULTIPLE HORRIBLE REVIEWS on various online sources. Your iCandy website posts only the positive testimonials which is HIGHLY MISLEADING. I even contacted the Better Business Bureau in the area of Milford, Massachusetts and spoke with a BBB Representative who found their file on iCandy and told me they have given iCandy an F rating (i.e., for FAILURE) due to multiple customer-reported infractions and iCandy failure-to-respond to any BBB requests for information. iCandy Management should be ashamed of yourself for operating your business in this lax non-customer-focused manner. You are one stop short of being a scam company. Lastly, please STOP sending me a daily emailthanking me for my order and letting me know when my order will be delivered. The delivery has happened. Done. Done. Done. So please stop with those annoying daily emails!

This company is a scam. DO NOT give them your credit card. I placed and order and got an immediate response to approve the design. I then placed the order which was supposed to arrive May 19th, which was several weeks after placing the order, allowing plenty of time. On May 19th, I checked my account and it said the date of delivery will now be May 23rd. I sent several emails to the company and left several voicemails and never received a response. In addition, their "online chat" feature was disabled. Not only that, they keep changing the date of when my order will supposedly be shipped. I also tried contacting them via Facebook. Though they did not respond to me, they did manage to delete my posts. This is clearly not a legitimate operation.

Extremely difficult company to work with. I placed an order, they shipped it and then recalled the shipment. No explanation. After over a dozen attempts at contacting them via email, phone and live chats where I requested they cancel the order if they could not guaranty shipment prior to the event (and I did place the order in plenty of time and paid for rush charges even though it was unnecessary) they shipped the product AFTER the event date! Since then I have tried, without success, to return the shipment. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE INCOMPETENT! If I could give them no stars I would but this site requires at least one star which means "Bad - unacceptable experience, unreasonable and rude conduct." Just about sums it all up!

I placed an order 1/11/2017 for my son's birthday invitations, gave final approval for the layout on 1/13/2017 and it showed a shipping date of 1/17/2017.. I paid the extra for faster shipping... As of today, 1/26/2017, my order has not shipped!! I have called and left messages, no return phone calls. I have sent live chat messages and no one has answered. I have sent several emails and yup, you guessed it!!! NO answer, no reply. The order is showing that it will ship on 1/31....and I have no guarantee that I will receive the invitations in time to even hand them out to our guests... Worst customer service

STAY AWAY - No product, no customer service
After successfully working with this company in 2015, we returned again in 2016 for another order. This time the experience could not have been worse. Our order has been delayed multiple times -- to the point where it will now miss the event so it is worthless to us. Thing happen, we understand, but there has been NO communication from the company AT ALL despite repeated attempts on our part via phone, email and their website chat function. All we really needed was a call back to explain what was going on, but even that seems too much for iCandyWrap. It has come to the point where I have filed complaints with the credit card company and the Better Business Bureau. Don't know what more to say than DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.

Horrible!!
Ordered invitations on the 24th of September paid rush fee and 2nd day air. Was promised them on or before September 30th. That came and went, updated my account showing shipping on the 3rd of October; that came and went. Finally, it updated that it would ship on the 6th.... Great my rsvp date is the 10th!! I called 5 times, sent numerous emails and tried live chatting and couldn't get ahold of anyone. They finally sent me a text saying they cancelled my order... Great now how about a refund? No answer as of yet on that one. Guess I'll be going to my bank to dispute these charges. Do not buy from this company and save yourself a massive headache!

What a scam! I ordered three different items on August 18, and only received one of them. I paid over $100, which they charged the day I placed my order. They will not answer the phone, live chat, or return emails or phone calls. Thieves!!

DON'T BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE
I paid an extra $15 rush fee and priority mail on top of the product cost and received a confirmation email after my order that it would arrive by a certain date. I then received the email saying it was shipped, but the tracking number didn't work. I emailed them about that, no response. Waited a few days, checked again the day before my order was "guaranteed" to arrive, tracking number still didn't work, emailed again, no response. Two days after the "guaranteed" date, I called the number that is listed on the PayPal charge, and it's disconnected. I found another number and left a voicemail, then sent a third email. No call back, no response, and NO PRODUCT. I have now reported this to PayPal. Everything about this is terrible. Do not buy from this company, especially for the special occasions. You will be sorely disappointed.
