Superb customer service and professionalism.
I have a small therapy clinic in Anchorage, AK and we needed some working capital, as the beginning of the year is always tight for us due to insurance deductibles starting over causing revenue to slow down for the first couple of months of the year. I worked with Devin and Mike and cannot express what amazing customer service they provided from the introduction call to the final closing and transfer of funds. I felt very comfortable and informed throughout the process- which is saying a lot because this is the first business loan my business has ever taken so the process was new to me. I had no idea what to expect when I first inquired about a loan with this company. I sincerely appreciate the level of professionalism from both Mike and Devin and will certainly recommend to other people (and use again if needed). Thanks again, guys!
