Avoid Hussain Solicitors – terrible experience!
I had a really bad experience with Hussain Solicitors. They pressured me into pleading guilty for no good reason so unprofessional and unresponsive, even though I wanted to fight my case. I felt like they didn’t listen to me or have my best interests at heart. To make things worse, after everything was done, they tried to get me to write them a positive review — which felt really wrong considering how things went. Please stay away and find a solicitor who actually cares about your case and defends you properly

I am very disappointed after receiving a letter from DCB Legal, the parking company employed by Hussain Solicitors. As a law firm, how can you support these types of companies that take money from struggling individuals while you gain commission?I received a court letter stating that I owe almost £270. Have you seen their reviews? They have a rating of just 1.3, and many people are expressing their frustration and waiting for justice. I will fight this until the end.I parked my car after 6 o'clock when your shop was closed, yet I still received a ticket. The land in front of your establishment is owned by the government, and if someone parks there after hours when your business is closed, no one should have to pay a penny.You are contributing to the destruction of people's credit scores, forcing them to pay hard-earned money for unjust fines.

"NO CASE TO ANSWER"
We was first introduced to Bash in 2021 when my husband was charged with GBH with intent. From the first meeting at his office we felt comfertable. I admired how organised and well kept the offices were, this was a good starting point for me. That said, as time went on throughout the case he remained organised, focused and knowledgable about the case. Bash's approach to his clinets is not only professional but friendly. This created a pathway of trust between us. Bash remained infromative and honest at every encounter. Unlike other firms we have dealt with who gave you maybe 3 minutes if you are lucky of their time for a 'brief' chat. Bash gave us time and remained paitent with us when we had a million and one questions. We was kept informed throughout the whole process and at each step. With regards to the charge my husband has, Bash left no stones unturned. His directions and knowledge led him to finding hid own albi after being charged, on his own mobile phone!. With the new information Bash pulled out all the stops in form of experts and tech specilaists. He gave a the police and CPS a run for their money when they were not playing ball and didnt want to accept the expert reports. Bash did not give up fighting for his freedom. First day of trial came and erupted in a 'very strong' legal argument which seen a very highly rated barriester (chosen specifically by Bash) bring the police and CPS to no other option but to offer no case to answer. My husband was looking at 12 years and Bash personally fought for his freedom. Another note, we started off with another solicitor who told my husband to plead guilty!!! What a life changing decision we made reaching out to Bash. We will be forever greatful for all his hard work, knowledge and experince. His work is truley commendable! His awards and throphys truly are deserved.

Best solictor firm in the UK, I was accused of gbh section 18 and they manages to prove I was not guilty.The police never wanted to give this case up and bash made it his mission for them to drop this case in which they did on the day of trial. They actually used my own phone against the prosecution in court to prove I wasn't there at the incident which is unheard of in most cases.very hard working team and never left me in the dark of anything that was going on.If you need a legal team to help you this is who you need to call

In 2018, I was wrongly advised to plead guilty to supplying class A drugs by my original solicitors, I sacked all of them then went to Hussain Solicitors.Covid-19 pandemic led to a delay in justice and this case was on going for five years. The class A charges were dropped end.I’d like to thank Hussain's solicitors again. I chose to change my lawyer and knew the risk of having to financially and emotionally revisit events. The risk was worth taking and it’s emphasised how paramount it is to choose an experienced lawyer suited for you . If I had chosen to stand by my previous allocated legal team the situation would’ve been very different. Choose wisely life’s to short to spend it in jail.

Mr Hussain's excellent experience, professionalism puts you at ease, however, will tell you exactly how it is and will advise you on the best steps to take, having gone through the evidence with you. Never tells you a lie like most generic solicitors " we will get you off" " go not guilty" Trust me if Mr. Hussain tells you to go guilty it's because he is getting you off a bigger charge with a lesser one, sentence. He always has the time to speak on his mobile and run through things until you have an understanding if you go to his office he looks after you with beverages, takeaways on deck lol. The BEST solicitor I've had got me off a big charge he is inquisitive, challenging when it comes to dealing with police he definitely fights your corner and chases it up
