Do not buy from this company!!!!

Do not buy from this company!!!!Parts delivered were defective and they would not replace them without a 20% restocking fee. What?? The parts are defective. There is no restocking fee unless you plan on selling the defective parts to someone else. In the end, they stopped returning my calls/texts to get a return authorization code to return the defective parts. So, no replacement on defective parts. They keep my money while I get to keep the bad parts.

WARNING THIS COMPANY WONT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORD! I purchased a heater for my spa from Hot Tub Spa Supplies which failed. I contacted them and was told on the phone to ship the part back to them and it would be replaced under warranty. I paid for the part to be removed and shipped and when they got the part they emailed me and said they "made a mistake" and the part was not under warranty because it had been a few months too long. As of this moment they are refusing to do anything for me besides apologize. An honest business would do what's right and honor their word. Not tell the customer to take a hike after the customer followed their instructions to the letter. Totally not fair and bad business.

Your chances of getting an item shipped.

Do me a favor. Grab a 20 sided dice, throw it high up in the air and if it lands on a 20, Congratulations! Your order will actually be shipping and without any delay!What's that? Didn't roll a nat 20? No worries!Grab a standard 6 sided dice and do the same and if it lands on a 3, Congratulations! Someone from the customer service team will email(because God forbid they actually answer their customer service line or return any of your voicemails) you back after a couple of days/weeks to hopefully find out why your item has been shipped!Didn't roll a 3? Not a problem!Take that quarter out of your pocket and give it a good flip. Heads you get a refund, tails you file a claim with your bank.These are the approximate probabilities you get when dealing with this company.Good luck to everyone on the gamble!

BEWARE

I have ordered parts from this site twice, each time I've waited and watched as weeks went buy as my order stayed in PROCESS and had to cancel the order. They've changed their web-site appearance twice to fly under the radar...Only consolation is that I did not have a problem getting my money back.

Don’t answer the phone slow to shop if they really did . DO NOT do business with this company. I’m probably out 900$ my luck . Place doesn’t return calls Update! So they Anser emails so far my parts have shipped and I have the info to reprogram

I had a great experience with them

I had a great experience with them. I ordered last Wednesday heater and other things over $500.00 worth. Paid for fed ex 2 day delivery . Received it the following Wednesday. Could not be happier. 7/15/21

Terrible

Terrible. Spent $380 paid thru PayPal. Stefan states the money never cleared. My bank account and PayPal show it did. I filed a PayPal dispute. Then I got threatening emails “get your act together and pay up already” and the latest email..“I saw it as ‘pending’ but still says that - I would have shipped your order you idiot if I got paid!! you can't scam through PayPal you geniusStefan Brownell CNY HOT TUBS 607.533.9411”Professional business? I think not. All I want is a refund at this point, it’s been almost 2 months. Shop elsewhere!

This company stole $530 from me

This company stole $530 from me, they have told me for months they will "refund: to my credit card and continue to give me the run around. I would be extremely wary of this business if I was you. I am in the process to see what I can do legally against this company.

I buy HotSprings Chemicals (PH UP, Scale, and Chlorine) from them all the time - never had an issue - shipping free and best price out there. Probably ordered from them 4 times in the last 3-4 years.

i did not have any issue with them at all they answered my calls and emails and i got a part from them and some chemicals and had a very good experience.

If I could give zero stars I would!

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is a scam. I ordered a Hot tub cover almost 12 weeks ago. The site said to allow 4-5 weeks delivery time. I started emailing asking about the cover after the 7th week. I was told time and time again that it "would be on the next truck". Then on one of the last follow up emails, at the 11th week after ordering, they said "Hello, we are sorry for the delay. We contacted supplier and the cover will be shipping this coming week." 4 days later, I got an email saying it had shipped with tracking info that made no sense. I emailed back (Because they do not answer the phone number they supply for Customer Service on orders) and asked to clarify the tracking number as 10 days had past. No reply ever came. I then looked on my account, and they had credited my account! So, I could have bought it 13 weeks ago from another dealer, had they been honest and up front. Instead they lied, kept my money for 13 weeks and never delivered the product OR called me with any explanation. If you buy from this store you are a fool after reading the reviews and the experiences of those that have been taken advantage of. BUYER BEWARE! Worst experience buying online EVER.

They SUCK (with a capital "S")

Please do not take my word . . . . . Try calling them yourself @ 1-845-499-1899 and try to get a real person. Or, try to get a return email, a return message from their "online" chat, It is impossible.Imagine what happens when you have a problem? Purchase elsewhere at any cost!Update 5/17/16...the 914-237-0606 phone number in small print on their website does work. I actually got a live person and my issue will hopefully be soon resolved.I still believe extensive searches and detective work should not be required to resolve a packaging content damage issue.
