Poor customer service
There are several anomalies on the app and website and I have not found the customer services at all helpful with a problem I have with a booking . Some of the information has been contradictory .

This hostel is better than Hilton hotels.
The place was comfortable and quiet, and we had a very enjoyable stay at this hostel. In addition, the manager, Amjad, was wonderful in welcoming and guiding us.

Just stayed at this eco hostel in Granada and honestly… 5 stars all the way ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Amazing atmosphere, super friendly people (staff and guests!), and loads of fun activities going on all the time. Everything is also really clean and well looked after.Such a great place to stay — I’d definitely come back! 🌿✨

Such a nice place to stay
Such a nice place to stay! The vibe is friendly and social without being too noisy. The rooftop is a big highlight — perfect spot to chill and meet people.The hostel is clean, well maintained and the staff create a really good atmosphere. Felt very comfortable during my whole stay. Highly recommend!

My second time stay very extremely welcome and kind throughout the stay 💞. and morning breakfast 🥞 is everyday Free 🆓 same time night dinner is free 🆓😌 there have weekly one time same cooking classes ☺️ for Sri Lankan food's. I really recommend colombo mount hostel Mount laviniya you can try .👊👍
