I bought this 2022 Honda Accord expecting reliability and safety. Instead, I’ve been dealing with the same serious issue on and off for almost 1.5 years. Randomly while driving, the dashboard lights up with collision mitigation, road departure, brake system, stability control, check engine everything at once. The car goes into limp mode, becomes sluggish, and recently even stalled on the highway, which was honestly scary and dangerous. I’ve taken it to the Honda dealership in Vancouver multiple times. Worst dealerships i can bet. Every time they keep the car for a full day, clear the codes, and give it back saying it’s “fine.” A few days later, the exact same warnings come back. No real fix, no real explanation just resets. The last time I went in, I was told it was “stable” and not an issue, but if I wanted them to look into it properly, I’d have to pay $165 + tax, even though the car is still under warranty and this has been happening repeatedly.This is not a small glitch these are safety systems related to braking, collision avoidance, and lane keeping. Being stranded on a highway because of an unresolved electrical or sensor failure is unacceptable for a modern car.I used to trust Honda. Right now, I don’t even trust this car to get me home safely. If you’re considering a 1.5T Accord, especially in Vancouver driving conditions, be aware that when things go wrong, you might be left dealing with repeated failures and very little accountability

My 2024 Honda Prologue has been a mess
My 2024 Honda Prologue has been a mess. Ongoing CV joint clicking that Honda is aware of, yet takes little ownership of. On top of that, the range is wildly inaccurate — a full charge shows ~212 miles, but driving only ~50 miles can drop the range by as much as 150 miles.This clearly feels like a rushed first EV, and Honda should be ashamed of releasing a vehicle with these issues while avoiding accountability. Thankful this is a lease, because I wouldn’t want to own this long-term. Proceed with caution.Parts are back ordered with no actual date of when they will be in. I asked them to help me out of my lease and they straight out refuse. They can’t meet warranty standards and refuse to do anything about it

January 22nd, 2026:I am so thankful to know the talented team in Holler Honda service center including outstanding Parts manager: Josh.Andres was thorough in updating .as we reached late hour so to place the Car Key was not easy on that day. He was up front. He went out of the way to place the order for Car remote issue, which was urgent and critical before leaving for India. He offered on January 21st 2025...as I had internal with our family for medical related issues, i could not do that. I moved to January 22nd, 2026, Thursday, which he got it done so quickly, promptly, and amazing excellence. Other great folks which i should not forget is Great Manager Ron, Great manager josh in Parts...Other service advisors -great team are Joe and Rich/Rick:)Thanks a lot guys again...hope to see you all after i am back from India. Appreciated againThis Fairbanks Avenue location is outstanding...Great and Outstanding Service manager Ron (totally dedicated) for the Organization like 2 decades...but I am older than him:))) too far.Great Andres always has a wonderful attitude and positive experience every time I go there.Few other worth mentioning are int he Call Center Ms. Mona, Ms. Marie and one more person - call comes or when we call it goes to Winter Park Corporate office.Trevor expresses Tech.... Very very disappointed with Honda
Very very disappointed with Honda. We purchased a brand new 2018 Honda CRV 7 or 8 years ago. We went into a Honda dealership a few days ago to look at buying a new one and find out they no longer have the right turn camera view on the led screen. That was the best ever feature invented!!!I can't believe they did away with it. When I asked the salesperson why ..... he said Honda said it was kind of a safety issue and they replaced it with lights or beeping sound. I told the salesperson you've got to be kidding... the camera is one of the best safety features ever added to a vehicle. You don't have to turn your head (taking your eyes off the road in front of you) to check the right side mirror which is totally dangerous. Changing to right lanes in the city is sooo much easier with the camera covering the blind spot. I can't say enough good things about having a right turn camera feature... it's the best thing since sliced bread. Lights and beeping sounds are not good enough(why would Honda go backwards!). My daughter has right turn camera in her 2020 Honda Civic too and she absolutely LOVES it. Unless Honda brings back the right turn camera I'm pretty sure we won't be buying anymore Honda vehicles until they bring it back. That's how angry we are with Honda discontinuing the camera.

I contacted their agency in Doncaster to look into this infotainment ghosting issue which is clearly a factory fault. They told me I've to pay £156 for just diagnosing the issue which is already diagnosed. Please avoid this scam at any price!!!!

I purchased a new 2025 Honda Ridgeline Black Edition from McLartey Honda in Little Rock. My sales person Keyshawn and the finance manager said I get a free 1st service. When I made the appointment this was acknowledged. When I pulled into the bay it went from complimentary to $240.

Horrible experience wit a new Honda eHRV
Bought a new Honda eHRV in 2022 from Chiswick Honda. It has been a disastrous experience from day 1 and happening even now with only 4500 miles on the clock:(1) Initial delivery was delayed from 1/3/22 to 19/4/22 due to software problems on this new model without being given access to a loan car for the intervening period(2) In August 2023, coming back from my son's major 40th birthday celebration, the car failed to start spoiling the whole family's spirit. Battery was dead which was later after another battery failure sourced to defective power drain to tail gate.(3) Again in August 2023, while driving to a friends daughter's marriage and reception to Brighton, false flat tyre alert received on M25 forcing us to the hard shoulder and investigating the tyres when cars were breezing past. Worry of the issue forced us off the motorway into small streets resulting in us missing the actual marriage ceremony.(4) In September 2023, after returning from just a week long cruise, to the car parked at a friends place, car failed to start again with three hours delay on breakdown services delaying much to return home. (5) Now Chiswick Honda advises us that there was a recall (which we were never told about) for software update for power leakage to tail gate. Battery had to be replaced too.(6) Wrote to Honda UK customer services who were totally unhelpful and denied any software issues re battery draining leaving us wondering who was not telling the truth.(7) our neighbour's daughter who had the same model on lease had to get rid of the car with similar problems even after battery replacement.(8) Had a couple of more episodes of battery draining with we being help responsible with low usage. Our car use has been on te same pattern in the last 30 years but never had this problem with any of the previous cars.(9) Now the car has been recalled again for some issues with the braking systems.(10) had other issues which I cant recall at presentOne buys a new car and hopes to have trouble free motoring for a few years but this Honda failed us on many critical moments and frequest visits to and from the dealer's service section. Think ver carefully before buying a new Honda - you may be in for a shock spending more time at waiting for breakdown srvices or spending at dealer's servicing than at home.

My last 5 cars have been Honda's. I'm 5 months out from ending my lease. I wasn't aware that you have to deal with only Honda or a Acura dealer to end your lease early or use a broker. So I went to Brickell Honda in Miami stay away. They tried to make thousands on just turning my lease into a regular loan and keep my car. They tried every way to have me trade it in for a new lease at crazy payments. T turn my lease into a regular loan they also wanted to give me less for my car and higher payments. I ended up refinancing via the internet with a broker who got me better terms. A learning lesson read your contracts or ask and then confirm it on what you sign and second lesson if you do refinance read all the terms & very careful on the products they'll try selling like warranties etc since they'll rip you off that's one of the ways they make $.
