Great work!
This is the 3rd time we called Kevin at hometech. He knows his stuff, has the tools he needs for any job and he unpleasant to work with. He shaved 3 or 4 interior doors, rehung some folding doors and installed a new kitchen faucet

Job well done!
Kevin did a great job doing a repair on a crack in our basement wall when we sold our house. It was a difficult task and he researched the best way to do the repair. He had the needed materials ordered with a rush so that he could get everything done on time. I would highly recommend Kevin for anything you need to have done.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. Kevin charged me $652 to pressure wash, scrape and sand a deck to prep for staining. The deck wasn't even close to being ready for staining. I also have requested a W9 form from him more than once and he won't respond. Very unprofessional.

Great work!
Kevin was on time, prepared and very qualified for my project. He was knowledgeable and his quick thinking with our unique challenges allowed him to finish EVEN quicker than expected. He left the worksite in great condition and I would hire him again should the need arise.

Great handyman!
Kevin was great! Very knowledgeable, professional, kind, affordable and punctual. He did a great job installing ceiling hooks into the joists for a yoga swing. I definitely recommend him for any work you may need help with. I now know who I will always call in the future!

Best handyman we've ever had and been in the same owned home for 47 years
1. Great availability. A person, live, usually answers the phonr. 2. Kevin has a great deal of experience and knowledge, esp. Roofing and woodworking/cabinetry.3. Always returns calls and if not on time, calls to explain and update. 4. Knows when a job is beyond his expertise but knows good people to help and/or refer to.5. Pricing not cheap, but fair and not excessive and worth it. 6. Very clean and efficient.

Kevin is awesome!
Kevin is really great... his vast knowledge and experience are paled only by the pride he takes in his work. he came in and noticed all sorts of things I needed to spruce up: finished, imperfections, incomplete repairs... and got the house on track for sale in a few short hours. Plus, he taught me a few new tricks for when I paint and make repairs myself. I recommend him 10000%. What a find!

Kevin was informative, easy to work with, knowledgeable and set expectations up front. Would be a great handyman for a multitude of jobs ranging from general help around the house to more complicated activities that require specialty skills (e.g. hardwood flooring, restoration of old homes, doors, smart tech installations)

Kevin is seriously the best!!
Kevin is seriously the best! I met Kevin through him coming to fixing sinks at a past employer, so many plumbers had came through for two years prior and not one could help fix the problem until Kevin came along! He was not only prompt but he fixed them and was one of most personable people that I have ever met! If something went wrong all I had to do was message him and he would work it in to his busy schedule. Fast forward to months later I was at my house and noticed there was something stuck in my washing machine, I figured why not call Kevin for help, he promptly came and he helped me take apart my washing machine and get a bolt out of the drum, it was a tedious process but he wasn’t going to give up! Kevin is the man, he a affordable, professional and a great person who takes so much pride in his work and truly appreciates his craft and customers. Not only for my home needs but my business needs as well I will always call Hometech Handyman for my handyman needs!

Outstanding!
I have used Kevin for many years now. He has done everything from the small jobs, (re-caulking the bathroom) to medium jobs, (replacing all the gutters) to large jobs. (Repairing and re-doing the entire kitchen floor due to an issue the ex-husband created which RUINED my floor)He is on time. He finishes the job, and he truly cares about the work product because it matters to him that his work shows quality. You will not be disappointed.

Kevin is so friendly, competent, honest, professional, and easy to work with. He went way above and beyond in helping us find the correct materials - which turned out to be no small task - to repair a crack in our soffit. Moreover, he was very fair and reasonable in his pricing and calculating hours worked. We're extremely pleased and will call on him again as projects arise. Highly recommend.
