Her Hair Company is an excellent company to order! From soft bundles to the gorgeous kinky clip ins that I have my eyes on next, the hair quality did very well with both my quick weave install and also the curly bulk hair for my boho knotless braids. And I have 4c hair by the way :)

I’m truly disappointed in my hair…
I’m truly disappointed in my hair purchase. This is by far the worst hair purchase I’ve ever had. I typically purchase from Elysian Glam and I LOVE their hair, but I wanted to try a kinky straight texture. Unfortunately, I’m not sure if I got a bad batch or what?! My install looks great, my stylist did her thing! But! No sooner than I left the salon my hair was shedding like crazy. Baby, if I’m kidnapped just follow the trail or hair. I’ve literally been vacuuming my home multiple times a day b/c there’s so much shedding. Even in my car! Then! When I say this hair will NOT hold any kind of curl. Wand curls, flat iron curls, curling iron, perm rods, flexi rods. They all fall in an hour or less. I love the texture and the fullness but I can’t do anything with it. I’ve reached out via the “contact us” feature twice for a resolution and nothing yet. I guess that’s what I get for trying something new 😩***UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO THE BUSINESS REPLY***Thanks for replying! Regarding the email I sent, if I misspoke on the date it was sent #mybad. However, I still don’t see a reply after checking my junk mail.Regarding the shedding, the same stylist that has done my sewins with my Elysian Glam and Curls Queen hair did my sewin with the hair I purchased from you guys, and I had barely any shedding at all with either companies hair. Additionally, she was able to curl the Elysian glam hair, and so was I. I could also use rods on that hair and it doesn’t work with the hair I purchased from you guys.

Absolutely loved the hair
Absolutely loved the hair! I got 3 bundles and did a quick weave and didn’t even use the full 3 bundles. Super soft, little to no shedding, and my fav is that is can HOLD an actual curl all day!

This is not 100% virgin UNPROCESSED hair
Thank you for your response. I have tested the hair myself. Plastic smell, red orange filler hair all throughout bundle 10,20 pieces per bundle! Ends of hair feel rough, burns like plastic, scrape test revealed dark brown residue means it is chemically processed. True unprocessed hair has white keratin powder when scraped. However, the explanations provided don’t fully align with established industry standards for verifying 100% human hair extensions.• Uneven color/red strands: Subtle natural variation exists in human hair, but prominent or patchy red/orange strands often result from heavy processing (e.g., bleaching/loss of melanin in low-grade or blended hair) rather than definitive proof of purity.• Steam-textured “non-chemical” curls: Steam can create temporary texture without harsh chemicals, and loosening after washing is common. However, premium minimally processed human hair typically reverts more consistently and holds styles longer—rapid loss, combined with poor performance, frequently indicates lower-grade or blended product.• Burn test ash: Reliable sources (e.g., hair extension guides from Eayon Hair, Sego Hair, UniWigs, and others) confirm real human hair burns slowly to soft, powdery ash (crumbly, with a burnt-feather/protein smell), while synthetic melts into hard, sticky beads. Emailed company multiple times with photos—no refund or real fix, just “all sales final” policy. This is misleading. Filed complaints with BBB, FTC, etc. Avoid if expecting true virgin hair.They have very bad business on BBB

I absolutely love this hair! I ordered 3 bundles in inches 18, 20, and 22, along with a 20-inch closure, and everything exceeded my expectations. The hair is truly 100% human raw hair super soft, full, and thick from root to tip. There was no strong smell, minimal shedding, and the bundles were true to length.The closure blended perfectly and matched the bundles so well. The hair holds curls beautifully, straightens easily, and still feels amazing after washing. I’ve gotten so many compliments, and the quality is definitely worth it. I will 100% be ordering from this company again!

I absolutely love these 3 straight Brazilian bundles in 18, 20, and 22 inches! The hair came soft, silky, and true to length with no strong smell. The bundles are very thick from top to bottom, and even the 22-inch bundle has great density. It takes heat well, holds a sleek press all day, and doesn’t tangle or shed excessively.
