Do not buy online!!!
I purchased the Henckels 14-piece knife block set and tried all the knives. They cut at an angle, pull to one side, and do not slice straight. Handles already show discoloration.Customer service has ignored my follow-ups for weeks and refused a refund. How can they claim the knives are “working” if they haven’t even examined them?I cannot recommend this set — both the product and the support are unacceptable
