Hopefully my experience is not typical.
I am believing that my experience was not typical and I want to thank the supervisor that I was finally allowed to speak to who stepped in to get the multiple issues resolved. She is the only reason I am giving this experience 4 stars. It's hard to give a specific day as the ordeal lasted a month. Lost package, delayed orders, days without my medication. I do appreciate the items that were shipped over night, but no other compensation was offered for all that happened. I am sure my account will explain more details.

This used to be a great site, but for the last 6 months or so, there is always a problem getting prescriptions refilled, even when there is a valid prescription on file. I am changing to a different pharmacy.

I've been using this company since June…
I've been using this company since June 2023 and consistently have found their customer service personnel and shipping to be top notch, knowledgeable and helpful. I didn't have to repeat myself over and over there was no lags in call connection no long hold times and best of all they really seem to care for their customer. If only all companies trained their CSR as well, the world would be a better place. Thank you!

Their service has gone completely downhill.Now every 90 days I have to check the website and call them multiple times to try and get my damn refills processed.If my order doesn’t ship tomorrow, I’m cancelling my order and never using them again.

Adverse Reaction Report – Oratene Oral Gel
I am writing to report a serious adverse reaction that occurred after using Oratene Oral Gel on my cat.After applying the gel as directed, my cat developed the following symptoms: • Excessive thick saliva and drooling • Brown, sticky oral discharge with a slight odor • Decreased appetite and difficulty swallowing • Gagging or retching sounds after eating • Visible redness and swelling in the mouth and throat areaDespite supportive care and veterinary consultation, her condition worsened over several days. On September 27, 2025, she suddenly experienced respiratory distress and passed away shortly afterward.I am sharing this information so that the possible adverse effects of this product can be further evaluated.
