NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
Very disappointed with this company. Placed an order on a saturday, tuesday I get an email your order has been cancelled no explanation. Of course I go to the website to see if the item is sold out, no the price has been raised by $36.00. I then contact the customer service that seems to be nothing but an answering machine. I finally get someone to answer after repeated calls, I tell him I'm calling about my order, he responds by telling me the person I had talked to won't be there till tomarrow. I had never talked to anyone. He then tells me he shouldn't have answered the phone it was a mistake, the person who can help me is very sick today, but will help me tomarrow? This seems very fishy to me! I sent 3 emails with no response, and have called repeatedly only to be transfered to the answering machine again and again.
Overall I'm very disgusted with this company, or this one man show that lacks 100% in the customer service department. I wouldn't recommend to anyone!

Dryer - Classic Bait & Switch
I chose a dryer and it was listed as In Stock and ordered it based on promised speedy delivery. It was not delivered and I got no notice of back order. I had to call when delivery date was missed. They suggested a higher priced model which they swore was in stock, and expedited delivery. They shopped my purchase to another company which shipped in 4 days, not the next day as HDTVDREAMS promised. Expedited delivery was normal delivery. Do not do business with them.

Haven't heard a thing
I ordered A Denon 890 receiver on 7/22/09. I instantly received a confirmation email. 4 days later I called and was told I would receive a tracking number that day, it never came. It is now 8/1/09. I have called many times over the past few days,only to get general voice mail. I have left 1 message and sent 2 emails and have received no reply. I'm not sure if they are still in business.
Udate: AT LEAST THEY READ THE REVIEWS!!
After finally making contact, I was told the unit was back ordered and it would be in in 2 days and I would be receiving shipping confirmation. This went on for 3 weeks. I cancelled my order in September and sent the customer service an email telling them what went on. I received a response stating they had read my reivew and had placed my order at the bottom of the list. They showed me who's boss. What a company.

TERRIBLE
NO CONFIRMATION e-mail sent. they called me and I could hear other people's orders being taken including CC#s. they told me to change a review i wrote OVER THE PHONE. Now they are calling me endlessly harrasing me. I will now have to pursue this with law enforcment. Do not order from this place.

Great deal, minor up-sell
They had the best prices by far on Klipsch speakers and Yamaha receiver. I ordered in the evening and they called me first thing the next morning to say they were backordered on some of my speakers. They then offered to give a discount on the upgraded speakers. They also bumped up my shipping and got me everything I needed. Very friendly and accessible on the phone. Gave me great tracking info. Everything was very transparent and easy. I would buy from them again without hesitation.

Stole Money
They stole $1300 from me. They never mailed my washer and lied about everything. They said they would provide the tracking number the day it was bought and I would get it within 7 days. They never sent it when I talked to them after a week they said it was shipped but they had not been able to put the tracking information in yet. After waiting and waiting they never sent it. AVOID THIS COMPANY
