After a few reschedules due to earlier…
After a few reschedules due to earlier delays, the TV mount was installed. One technician was very experienced; the other seemed to make assumptions without properly checking the wall studs first.

Manuel did a very thorough job of removing the bathroom chalking and replacing it, as well as sealing the showerhead. He was very diligent in his work and in his attention to detail. I would request him again.

Handy? No, never again!
I was referred to Handy via Nectar to assemble my new adjustable bed and bedframe. I also scheduled hanging a mirror in my bathroom and assembling a glass front cabinet. The "professional" was scheduled for Wednesday morning, arrived on time and was pleasant and friendly. We discussed the work and he decided to start with the mirror. Once hung, he called me I to the room to check out how level and centered it was hung. After admiring his work, he said he would start work on the bed. I asked if he had ever put an adjustable bed together and he said he could put any bed up. After awhile he started the cabinet assembly in the hallway effectively blocking my access to the bedroom. At 11:30, he abruptly stood up, announced he was leaving and demanded I call Handy to tell them he was there for 2 1/2 hours. As I was on the phone attempting to call the number he provided, he grew more agitated which worsened when I was disconnected from the call. He again demanded I call the number and keep calling until I spoke with someone but he was leaving "RIGHT NOW!" I was stunned, but relieved to have him gone seeing how upset he was growing. Then I saw the mass of packing material, plastic bags, styrofoam, etc. that he threw in the dining room. Next I checked out the bedroom to find the bed had been assembled but left WAY off center in the room with the tallest of the 2, 3, or 5" platform legs, leaving the bed inaccessible for me at 4'11". It then made sense that he didn't call me back to show off his set up of the bed as he did the mirror and why he was in such a hurry to leave before I saw what a mess he was leaving with an unusable bed! When I called Handy, I was rescheduled for the following Friday at which time no one showed. Another call and reschedule to the next day, Saturday. No surprise, no one showed up. I am now scheduled for Monday. In the meantime, I have no usable bed, no usable dining room, and Handy has my money.

Handy heater turbo 800 china electric - waste of time, even to heat a small room of say 30m2 take HOURS... the web site is misleading and although they offer 50% off, a net price of €59,99 on the Amazon site is only €16,99, Ali-express €11,19.

It was a terrible experience
It was a terrible experience; it took two hours to hang the tv; they didn’t know what they were doing; they put eight extra drill holes in our wall, the tv almost fell off the mounting and our son, who is an expert in installing tv’s had to fix what they messed up after they left. Very disappointed and we will be informing LG of the issues we had with their “free” installation.

Terrible assembling services
Terrible assembling services. It's apparent by viewing several of the higher ranking reviews that the reviews surround cleaning, sadly can't say the same for assembling b/c this company must not have the manpower to assemble furniture. I purchased a bookshelf for my home office on 10/23/2025 through the PX Shopmyexchange online shopping; to include, paid for assembly of the bookshelf. First issue, the bookshelf was delivered by the actual company, therefore instead of expecting the bookshelf to be assembled soon as it was delivered, I had to telephoned the PX shopmyexchange to inquire about the assembly. That was when I was informed that the assembly was separate and contracted via "Handy.' The telephone rep assured me she submitted a reminder to Handy for someone to come out to assemble my bookshelf; unfortunately it wasn't until a week later when I finally received an email to notify me that an appointment has been set for Nov 3rd another week later- Second issue. Now, it was going to be an additional week for someone to be available to arrive to assemble my office bookshelf. By this time it had already gone on 1-1/2 weeks w/o anyone arriving to assemble my bookshelf- I said never mind, just cancel my handy booking and just refund my money, I'll seek assistance for assembly elsewhere. Heck, had I could've telephone Home depot for assembling services and would've received a much quicker response. What bothers me the most about company(s) like this is, everyone wants to go into business for themselves, and everyone see dollars signs when they're able to contract with the government but, just b/c someone or a company has contracted w/the government - it doesn't mean the company provides "A+" customer service. ********I acknowledge response received from merchant Handy, however, no change to my previous review, it remains 11/17/2025 / 1829hrs

Shoddy job
Edgar did not use the hardware included in the mount package, instead he used 2 threaded screws on a surface that didn’t have a hole nor was it threaded. One screw got loose as soon as I moved it,30 minutes after he left. Now the tv hangs low on one side. A day later No response from him or anyone from handy!!!
