Poor company do not trust

Please do not trust this company. I purchased a purse for my wife for Christmas. Was told the purse would have the authenticity tracker. When my wife tried to authenticate it, it did not work. I contacted Gucci. I was told that a tracker was not needed since the purse was purchased from them. After I explained to the representative that this was not acceptable, due to being told earlier by another representative before purchase it would have it. I then proceeded to swap the purse, I was told that I could not swap it because I used the free embroidery to have her name put in it. I explained to the representative that if the purse had the tracker as promised I would not bring trying to swap. Gucci did not care. As a side note. I used my Citi card. Tried to get Citi to assist me in the swap. Citi sided with Gucci without even asking our side of the story, needless to say I cancelled that card and now we are going back to American Express.

I thought I would never get pair of stud earrings

Really wanted a pair of stud earrings and they were showing out of stock. The online assistant Benedetta helped me and said she would try and track them down at their facilities. Next thing she told me they were being shipped out and I got them the following day. Top class service as always I have never had an issue online or in-store with Gucci. Excellent service and very efficient. Thanks a lot!!

Pure class!

Such a pleasant experience! The website and app are both easy to navigate, super quick delivery (24 hrs from the point of ordering) and the refund process was smooth and easy to navigate. I don't think I was lucky either as each time I've ordered (3 times now) everything has run like clockwork. A class brand backed up with a class experience!

They Don't Know What Customer Service Is

Had an awful experience with their dismissive and rude staff. I took a bag for repair and was informed that there would be a charge as I had damaged the bag. A heavy brass barrel was apparently bent by me despite the bag being used only a handful of .times. As I explai ed to them if I had been using the bag in a way to damage the fixture the whole strap would have broken. Apparently because they had never seen that problem before it meant that I had done it. Any other brand would have acknowledged the fault and repaired the item. Gucci products are poorly made which I guess gives them a chance to gouge in repairs. They do not care that they have so much bad feedback in terms of customer service. I only hope that this review encourages people not to buy their rubbish products and shop with a brand such as LV which provides quality customer care.

Luxury Image, Mainstream Service

I recently placed an online order with Gucci, expecting the kind of seamless experience normally associated with a luxury house. Unfortunately, the reality was very different.The parcel was blocked at the DHL hub because the shipment was missing required documentation for a regulated item. This is basic shipping procedure, and something a brand of this level should handle routinely.What was most disappointing is that I had to notice the issue myself through the tracking and contact customer service. There was no proactive communication, no apology, and no real sense of urgency. The responses I received were generic and slow.By the end of the week, the problem was unresolved, and I had to request a cancellation. I am now still waiting for confirmation of the refund.Gucci doesn't provide a luxury experience. This brand is mainstream, providing a mass-market service with a luxury price tag. Needless to say I won't ever purchase anything from this brand ever again.

bummed by Ned’s

I got genuinely bummed by Ned’s at Gucci, mostly because I went in expecting something special and left feeling underwhelmed. The space looks polished and fashionable, but the experience didn’t live up to the hype. The food felt more focused on presentation than flavor, and for the price, I kept waiting for a wow moment that never came. Service was fine but a little detached, like the vibe mattered more than the guest. It wasn’t bad enough to be a disaster, just disappointing in that specific way that comes from high expectations meeting a very average reality.

Defective bracelet + return refused despite proof

I am extremely disappointed with Gucci’s customer service and return process.I purchased a bracelet from Gucci.com as a Christmas gift. It was wrapped and only opened once on Christmas. When my boyfriend attempted to try it on, it was immediately clear the bracelet was broken/defective, and it was also far too small due to inaccurate sizing information on Gucci’s website. The bracelet could not be worn or used.I contacted Gucci immediately and provided proof that the item arrived already broken. I followed up multiple times by email and phone, yet the return was still denied and I was told the item had “signs of usage.” That claim makes no sense given the circumstances — a bracelet that arrives broken and is briefly tried on once is not “used,” and it is unacceptable to accuse a customer of usage when the item was defective upon arrival.A luxury brand should not be sending defective merchandise and then refusing responsibility after the customer reports the issue right away and provides documentation. This experience has completely changed how I view Gucci, and I would not recommend purchasing from Gucci online based on how this situation was handled.

Can it get any worst !!!

I have documented evidence of all communication. After days of waiting for Gucci to respond, I was eventually contacted by the deputy, Sylvain Garofalo, representing the Montaigne branch in Paris. We discussed my complaint and explored possible resolutions, followed by several WhatsApp exchanges. Despite multiple follow ups and attempted calls from my side, I received no further response. This level of disregard is unacceptable and reflects a failure in leadership at the Montaigne Paris branch. Such conduct explains why inappropriate behavior is allowed to persist on the shop floor.

Frustrating experience San Diego Fashion Valley Gucci store

This is not my first brand new Gucci purchase, but first time in this store. I like Gucci bags. I love their designs. But I feel like this store has failed me. My husband got me a marmont bag for Christmas. We picked it up from the store on Dec 23rd. My mistake was not checking it before walking out of the store. I didn't feel the need to. (Last time i bought a LV bag, we picked it in the store but couldn't take it with us as we were late for an appointment and didnt want to carty it around. So they had it delivered to our hotel.) It's a brand new bag from Gucci store. So I didn't open the box until Christmas morning. So disappointed that there were scratches and indents on the bottom of the bag. I worked on Dec 26 and 27th, so i didn't do anything until my day off. My husband texted the SA (Edgar) that I want to exchange the bag and sent him a picture. He said to come back and I have a new bag waiting. Meanwhile, I changed my mind and wanted a refund instead and texted that to the SA. I felt like Gucci gave me a used or display item. After that, no more communication from the SA. I went back to the store on Dec 29, and asked for a refund. The SA (not the one who sold us the bag) said they cannot accept it because it's obviously been used. Yes, but not by me. I have not used it except when I tried it on on Christmas day. And it went back to the box and bag. That's why I was returning it. The store manager said the same thing. She said they have a video of leaving their warehouse, so it couldn't have been their fault. So now I'm stuck with an imperfect bag that my husband paid $2850 plus tax, and this Gucci would not take responsibility, or even a possibilitythat it may have been the way it was stored in the box in their warehouse. I called customer service, but they said they cannot override the store manager's decision. I left a message with the corporate, and has not not heard anything, which I'm not surprised. Very, very frustrating experience for us.

Terrible uncaring customer service

Terrible uncaring customer service. Ordered my daughter a scarf for Christmas as a special treat label was hanging off after one wear despite sending all the photos and evidence this company could not see that was a problem. First and last time I buy from them had better quality clothing in New Look !!

Terrible experience, never again.

We purchased a pair of slides for Christmas. The sizing on their website was incorrect, so they sent us the incorrect size. We left the brand new shoes in the shipping package with all packaging materials, and offered photos as proof. We were just several days outside the holiday return window, but Gucci refused to do an exchange even though the shoes were still listed on their website and they had the correct size but refused to exchange. All we had requested was a simple exchange, and this is the service we received? Also, we once asked to speak with a Customer Service Supervisor and they told us no one was available and no one would be available until “next week.” This service experience was brutal, nothing I would expect during the holiday season. The experience was so terrible, I almost can’t help but giggle wondering why we ever gave this company a chance with this purchase to begin with. Never again, no thank you. Lol

I dropped off my bag for repair…

I dropped off my bag for repair 7/5/2025, I was told that it can take 4-6 weeks and I’m still waiting for the bag to be returned, I called the store and called corporate multiple times.. no resolution yet, very disappointed!!

No panache

No panache, the worst Gucci shop experience ever.The manager is not professional with the customers and the staff.The seating is limited to 4 armchairs taken by children.Avoid the embarrassment.

Extremely Disappointed – Not the Quality You’d Expect From Gucci

I trusted Gucci as a well-known “upper class” brand and expected high quality craftsmanship, so I ordered and customised a wallet directly from their website. Unfortunately, I didn’t realise that customised items are non-returnable, my mistake for not checking the T&Cs.When the wallet arrived, I was shocked. The £400 item looked and felt like something I could have picked up for £10 from TK Maxx. The materials and finish were nowhere near what I expected from a luxury brand.I contacted customer service, hoping they would help, but they were dismissive and patronising. They informed me that nothing could be done and that the wallet’s poor quality was simply “how it’s made.” There was no acknowledgement of my concerns, no offer to pass on feedback, and no sign they cared about the experience at all.Overall, I wouldn’t recommend Gucci based on this experience. I genuinely wish I had gone with Louis Vuitton instead.

Extremely disappointing experience — Gucci, shame on you!

I purchased a scarf from Gucci and they sent me a different color. After contacting customer service, Benedicta asked for photos, confirmed the issue, and sent me a return label. When Gucci received the item, they sent it back to me without any notice, then emailed me saying the scarf was not in its original condition — which is absolutely false.I contacted another advisor, Valerio Francisco, who personally apologized over the phone and by email on behalf of Gucci. He sent me another return label and assured me it would be resolved. However, after Gucci received the scarf again, they refused the refund with no explanation and never replied to my follow-up emails.To make things worse, they returned the scarf without its original tags. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I cannot believe a luxury brand like Gucci treats customers like this. Gucci, shame on you.
