I ordered some goods from this company.No email regarding delivery date!After numerous emails and no answer, I get a basic email stating that all my goods were not in stock and ready to be delivered!!Emailed numerous times and nothing!Taken my money and no replies.Do not buy use this company.Worst customer care i have ever experienced!!so now the long process of a PayPal dispute!!Shocking service.
After breaking part of my crampon, I enquired if Grivel could replace just the damaged section since, you know, they manufacture these things. Instead they tried to sell me more or less a whole new pair of crampons and didn't even attempt to source the very small part needed.
I have bought over 3 pairs of crampons and am very happy with the quality. I also tried a small running bag and the quality is good for the price. I have already used their service to replace a plastic part on my crampons. Everything was great and Im very happy for their help. Highly recommend, 5 stars!
Bought a Mountain Runner 20 direct from Grivel and it started to fall apart on the first outing and only 15km into a 21km run. Tried to make contact with Grivel but no response from them at all. A poor quality item from a company that obviously doesn't give a damn.I will never purchase from them ever again... I knew I should have bought from Raidlight instead, lesson learnt. Do yourself a favour and avoid Grivel.
I will never purchase another item from this website again in my lifetime i will however continue to buy Grivel products from other websites as there products are excellent however if you buy from them direct and have any issues there assistance and co operation is horrific easily one of the worst experiences i have had online
