This Grand City Investment company is a fraud and scammer they will abuse if you don't agree to pay upfront money, and if you pay your money is gone. Police department of Hong Kong take note of this online fraudsters and arrest them immediately before they indulge in scamming more people.
We invested in the previous post SBLC transmission cost and this company scammed them. We would love for them to address this directly and internally. Otherwise, our lawyers in HK will be in touch. We will take down these reviews if this is addressed.
**Terrible Experience with Grandcity Investment - Dr. Williams**I regret to inform everyone about a highly disappointing and frustrating experience with Grandcity Investment, specifically involving Dr. Williams, who we firmly believe to be a scam artist.We paid our transmission fee as required, but Dr. Williams claimed he never received the funds. Despite providing clear documentation from our bank and JP Morgan, he has refused to cooperate in assisting us with tracking the funds. We requested Grandcity Investment to facilitate a connection between our bankers to resolve this issue, but Dr. Williams kept insisting on a SWIFT tracer report, which was unnecessary given the comprehensive evidence we had already provided.Our bank supplied very concise and detailed evidence of the transaction, which Dr. Williams did not even bother to review. His lack of cooperation and repetitive demands for redundant reports lead us to believe that this is a deliberate attempt to scam us.We invite Grandcity Investment to respond to this post and engage with us (banker to banker) to resolve this matter amicably. Should they cooperate and address our concerns appropriately, we will take down this review. However, until then, their actions are indicative of a 100% scam operation, including the involvement of their broker, whose identity we will withhold for now.

Pathetic firm which is only concerned about collecting rent.No one ever replies back or resolves issues but in case anything concerning there own interest arises they hound the residents and try to get there way.Never use there services or else they will make you suffer
The company exist and is legitimate (I spoke with them), but the website www.grandcityinvestment[dot]com is fake and run by fraudster. They claim they can provide legitimate banking instruments (SBLC) from top rated banks, provide monetization and help you raise funds, but in fact they use the name, registration number and money lender license number of a legitimate company in Hong Kong and they ask their victims to wire money to Dubai, to Cambodia or China. If you try to call their phone number +85281925146 the line pick up but no one answer the phone. If you want to visit them, they find excuses or decline your request. If you ask to talk to a satisfied client, they tell you they have confidential agreement. If you want to have a Zoom call they will refuse. Dr Tai Tung Williams does not exist, the LinkedIn account of Mr Oscar Wason is also from a fraudster. The real company (GRAND CITY INVESTMENT LIMITED) is a legitimate money lender in Hong Kong and if you check on the Hong Kong registry official website from the government (www.icris[dot]cr[dot]gov[dot]hk), you can download the latest annual filling of this company (NAR1) for a few USD and you will see the registered address of this real company (which is different than the address stated on these scammer website) and you will find the phone number of the company (which is different from the phone number provided by these scammers). It belongs to a Chinese real estate holding in Hong Kong and you can even find their website www.chineseestates[dot]com where you can go to the "contact us" page with the same address and phone number as in the NAR1 annual filling document. If you send an email to their company asking to be connected with the legal department and ask them to confirm if this website belong to them, or send them the copy of your email discussion with Dr Tai Tung Williams, they will confirm in writting that the website is fake, there is no Dr Tai Tung Williams, they do not offer financial services, SBLC, monetization of funding to the general public because this company is exclusively serving their group of companies internally and its associates. Not the general public. The company has already filled a report with Hong Kong police and investigation is ongoing. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE SCAMMERS!
Grand City Investment Limited Hong Kong with their CEO Dr. Tai Tung Williams are scammers. They will steal your money. Once you pay, they won't reply you again. This company are scammers. All phone numbers on their website or those they send you in email are invalid (+)8528192 5146; (+)852 81 926 397) and out of service. All emails from apply(at)grandcityinvestment.com; info(at)grandcityinvestment.com; are sent by scammers using Chinese passport. They will solicit money to be sent to China, Indonesia, yet they claim they have bank accounts in Hong Kong Barclays or HSBC. Dr. Tai is a scammer. After stealing from you he will tell you he is sick, or had a heart attack. He claims to have all sorts of disease after stealing your money and failing to perform.
