First of all I like buttons design and colour , also animation and buttons feedback . Support office reply on e mails and trying to solve your questions
Not as useful as other apps
It's what l needed!
I’ve been using Ginger Software for a bit now, and I’m honestly impressed. It catches grammar mistakes I miss and the sentence rephraser is super helpful when I want to say something more clearly or creatively. I also love that it supports so many languages—it makes quick translations really easy. Overall, it’s a great tool if you write a lot and want a little extra polish. Definitely recommend!
English isn’t my first language, so the built-in corrector plus sentence rephraser are lifesavers when I’m drafting emails and documents. Compared with Grammarly, the yearly plan is cheaper and I get the same must-have features.
It just does not work well. I paid for an annual plan and started using it, and I had nothing but issues on sites like Monday and GitHub. I asked for a refund for the time I had left on my annual plan, as I had only been using it for a month, but the customer service was terrible. There was no refund, just lousy support. Don't buy this product, and I would recommend getting Grammarly.
I have been subscribed to Ginger for two years. Order #114617952 for Ginger Pack Yearly. It was on autopay. My premium subscription has NEVER been activated. I forgot about it. Accidentally, and only recently, I found out about it, after they charged me for the third year of service. The service I never used. I already e-mailed them request for three years refund. I also plan to report this company to FTC and the office of Attorney General.
I've used Ginger, and it has been a good service. Can you please explain why you cancelled the subscription? I paid in full until February 2026 because, by error, you took two separate payments in February 2023. I received an email yesterday notifying me you have cancelled my automatic payments, and now I cannot log into my premium account.I emailed you on Wednesday, the 14th, and Thursday, the 15th, but I still haven't received a response. Can you please rectify the above issue? Otherwise, I will have to speak to PayPal about the overpayment. Many thanks
I'm a new user, been trying to reach them for a refund since I made a wrong subscriptions, that supposed to be 1month only. Still haven't received a response from them. Can anyone help me please? I hope this is not a scam.
I reached out to Ginger more than once on August 1st to cancel my account before the charge date of August 7th and they still charged me. I also emailed for a refund and no answer! I’m trying to get in touch with them before I have to dispute the charges.
paid. got no confirmation email or anything. it still says i am using a free account. contacted customer service and received no reply yet. all signs of a perfect scam. it is my fault for deciding to purchase before reading all you guys' reviews.____________________________________________Update: they contacted me and set me up with a new account that works.
Worst grammar checking software ever. Even worse than microsoft's own, which is crap in itself by the way.Gingersoftware to my experience was worth not using to be better in grammar and spelling. I wouldn't recommend it. I then settled on ProWritingAid which is superb. After just couple of days I straight away bought their lifetime plan. Love it.
[UPDATE: The developers contacted me and confirmed that all old lifetime users were saved on their license. Thank you so much] This app when was beginning and unknown, it offered a one-time lifetime purchase and license for people. Now, after years they press old customers to pay again for a yearly subscription saying they did a lot of updates and they deserve to remove and delete the old deal! I purchased the lifetime license in 2018 and recently they sent me an e-mail that this license has been removed! They believe they have the right to violate the previous conditions with their former clients. That's their way of running a business.
Disappointedted
I paid for their writing editing software 120USD and I got nothing... They did not contact me... And I contact them by email, given from PayPal but no reaction....What should I do
They are Scam, they charged me an annual Subscription but i dint have updated my new Card and for my surprise, they get my new card info and i don't know how.
It is a total scam. The only way to stop the automatic renewal is for you to cancel the card all together.
I've been trying to cancel the subscription for almost a week now and haven't an answer, all ive got is bot emails. Is there any legal action I can't take against them because I can't believe they're not only scammed me with their 7 days refund policy "no questions asked" but are refusing to cancel the subscription. Please give me some advice
Good service, I use it a lot
