5 tier tower
For Christmas my good friend sent me a 5 tier tower from Ghirardelli. Yuck, it had melted and all the carmel was out and it whole thing was a total mess. The only things in ther that were not messed up was the popcorn and the cookies. This tower cost 50 or 60 dollars and it was not worst 10. I want Ghirardelli to send my friend back her money.

My husband and I were long haul truck drivers one of our main runs was to Ghirardellis plant, I loved to the smell was awesome and everyone we dealt with there made you feel like a long time friend. One year for Xmas they have us a case of assorted chocolate bars every one was delicious even the dark chocolate ones and I usually don't like dark chocolate

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service! I called twice during business hours and no one answered. I tried again and got through but after holding 10 min, I was disconnected. Tried for the final time and someone named Phyllis answered. I wanted to order bulk chocolates (for an event), totalling 99.00. Given a strict budget of $100 I called to see if their $9.95 shipping cost (if order is less than $100) could be waived. That woman declined in a curt and short tone then hung up. Very rude!

Pathetic Customer Service - Canceled My Order
I placed two orders on January 11, 2023, under Order #2000166291 and Order #2000166345. The first order was unsuccessful, I place the order again and it was successfully placed. After 2 days they canceled my order without any notification.You canceled my order even when I placed the it while your representative was on a call with me and she confirmed the payment.This is sheer injustice, you just canceled the order because prices have changed now.I am not happy with this at all. This is not the right thing to do with a customer.I am new to your website and you canceled my order without any notification. Since January 11 I am struggling and you guys are now offering me 20% discount.After applying discount I still have to pay you $300 more. WHY?
