Livewire installation: Top Notch!

Livewire pre-wired our new construction and then installed our TVs and wifi extenders when we moved in. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable, and did an outstanding job! I will definitely use them again.

Expert Setup

Great experience! Grant, the technician from Livewire was on time, worked through my setup of printer, laptop, a soundbar quickly and expertly! He even did some remedial work on my network to improve it. Grant was knowledgeable and proficient, worked hard and quickly, was personable, and a genuine pleasure to welcome to my home electronic needs.

The installation of our network and security system went smoothly. The team that performed the work showed professionalism and took the time to educate us on how the different elements work, and how to use the various features. I highly recommend Mario for the planning, Grant for the implementation, and the other tech (forgot his name) because of the work done and the follow-up support.

AVICO transition hiccup

These guys took over from AVICO; unfortunately, it doesn't look like AVICO did a good job in transitioning the accounts. I got lost. To Livewire's credit, once they were aware of the problem, they reached out to me several times to work to resolve the problem. While I had to move on to another service provider, if a future/another need arises, my first call will be to Livewire. I believe they care and will work to provide quality service.

The installer did a great job

The installer did a great job. The problem was tricky and he spent a lot of time sorting out how to solve it. He’s very courteous and efficient. Live wire is the best.

The Livewire technicians performed a professional and prompt update of our cable boxes and syncing up the boxes with the special comprehensive control for our large smart tv in the living room. They also quickly updated the new cable boxes in the other rooms.

Didn't really have a big job but still good quality work. The tech was great! Very helpful and very clear about the work you did. Considering Covid is around the tech was very thorough and keeping things clean, a mask on, and cleaning up afterwards.This is the second time I've use LiveWire and would not hesitate to use them again.

Fixed our TVs and treated us very fairly on cost.

We were having several issues with a couple of our TVs and called Livewire (which did all of our initial A/V installation) to come take a look. Because we thought we were going to have to mount a new TV, they arranged for two technicians to come, which was going to cost us more $. But shortly after they arrived, they figured out the main issue and realized it could easily be addressed without two technicians. Within 45 mins, they had fixed all of our TV set-ups and chose not to charge us for having two technicians because we didn't end up needing the extra labor. They were also quite courteous, friendly, and helpful. It was a very positive experience that helped to earn my loyalty as a customer.
