Poor information available on website
I ordered some offset adapters for my new BendPak two post lift. When they arrived, they did not fit because they were designed for old style BendPak lifts, 35mm (old) versus 60mm (new) pins. Nowhere on the website did the description indicate the pin size or that the adapters would not work with newer lifts. I was told that I could return them for a 20% restocking charge and I would pay the shipping. Basically that amounted to 50% of the purchase price, not even counting the "overnight" delivery that I paid for originally, which turned in to just under a week because they drop ship these directly from BendPak. I was told by the GES representative that "this is why I recommend you not order things online without talking to the seller first". Poor advice as I would expect a clearer representation of the products being offered for sale. BendPak also fails to indicate the pin size on their website for these items, so beware!

The knowledge of their customer service …
The knowledge of their customer service department allowed me to get the replacement pads for my Dahmar lift in a very efficient and timely manner. It has been my experience with other companies customer service, they do not trust their expertise in their product to make recommendations to resolve a problem. Garage Equipment Supply is the exception and the pads fit perfectly! Great job team!

Great lift ,good help , this was my second lift ( I don't plan on moving again) both lifts I got are the wide ones first was 10acx second is the D9 ? forgot (old age) only had 12 foot ceiling room this time,could of gotten a cheaper one but im standing under it . So its a Danmar again
