FAKE!
I ordered a TTDSi card from them after searching for a few days for a legit place to order it from. I already had a TTDS card but upgraded to a DSi XL and needed the new card. at first I was impressed with the response time to the email I sent them, asking about my Tracking number. I followed the tracking and it finally was delivered 12 days later. I happily opened the package thanking them greatly for not scamming me. Soon after I opened the package I started to have my doubts. The card was dark grey (like ds games) and not white like TTDS cards. the sticker looks like a 2-year old stuck it on, and when i stuck the Micro SD card in it wasnt spring loaded and stuck out quite a bit. I didn't care about any of that as long as it worked on my DSi XL I stuck it in and it was recognized as Spongebob Atlantis, but when i clicked on it I got the error message. Thinking that I just needed to update the firmware of the card, I still kept my cool. Didn't work! Im so Pissed and want to fly to Hong Kong and Shoot these F**ckers in the face. Traded my DSi XL for a DS Lite so I could use my old card. Very Disappointed with these guys...

I did receive an reply from gamekool a few days later and they were very sorry for the inconvenience for sending me the wrong color. They explained that they just wanted to send me an item asap and then offered to send me another iPhone case (without me having to send back the wrong one they sent me) at no charge. I was able to pick out another case for about the same value and they are shipping it to me asap.

When the UK postal service was struggling under the pressure of bad weather at Christmas (2010), companies like Amazon were struggling to get their orders out, I received 2 items from gamekool within 10 days of ordering. In fact they arrived before my amazon order which I placed at the same time. Because I had bought 2 items I received free tracked post. By the way the products are fantastic and work perfectly.
I needed a third item from gamekool and impressed with their service I ordered again on 1st March 2011. The item arrived on 7th April 2011. Have to admit, despite GameKools confidence that it would arrive I was in doubt! Communication from gamekool appeared standard when I chased them up a couple of times; I guess they are used to postal delays!!
Key difference between the two orders is that the one that arrived quickly was tracked; the one that was late was not.
I have found gamekool to be honest and reliable; what happens after they put the product in the post is in the hand of the gods!! If purchasing from the other side of the world, you need to expect that you are not always going to receive a 5 star postal service!!!!!

I have dealt mainly with Rachel, but she probably reflects the customer service attitude of the whole company. I have been a Gamekool customer for such a long time and never had a business ending negative experience.
They have always been excellent with the product part and offers some of the best prices.
Shipping is fast unless you free shipping(really takes long time).
Gamekool has always met or exceeded my expectations when it comes to customer service.
The only negative points I can think of are the free shipping, it takes 25 days for the parcel to arrive.
But, nevermind, I will definitely choose airmail or express in future.
Both of these points are very minor so I get them 5/5 stars.

Gamekool has resolved my issue
I have placed several orders with Gamekool and have been very pleases with both the items that I purchased and the delivery and communication from Gamekool keeping me updated on the status of my order. I purchased a M3 i zero that had some connection issues. After several times of trying to fix the problem I finally decided to ask Gamekool for help. The same day I got a response from Gamekool asking for the details. I was very pleased with the customer service and the fact they went the extra mile for my order. I will continue to shop with Gamekool and refer my friends and associates to Gamekool as well.

Ordered ps3break dongle. Arrived 2 weeks later. DOA. Email to "Rachel". Response was to return it to get a replacement. Now 2 months later still no sign of replacement or the new dongle I ordered as a backup. Same story as many of the other reviewers. Filed a complaint with Paypal.
Bottomline: stay away from Gamekool.

Do not deal with this company
I seem to have had the same experience most people have had. I ordered an item over a month ago and never recieved a tracking number or confirmation. When I requested such, they were quick to provide a canned response about customs delaying the order and they provided a tracking number. I waited a few weeks and the status of the package never changed. Called the post office and they never received it from China. Since then, gamekool has been ignoring my e-mails

Ordered a USB dongle for PS3. I never received any email confirming the order nor did I get any shipping confirmation, and when I logged in to my profile on their website a few hours after placing the order it already showed as "shipped". After 2 months of not receiving anything I sent emails asking where my order was each time getting an identical response (bot?) saying:
"The parcel was sent out by HongKong Post.
Sometimes the parcel delays by many reasons, such as customs checking , transiting etc.
Pleae wait for few days more, you will get it soon!
And we will contact HongKong post immediately, if I get any info , I will inform you."
After receiving 3 of these identical responses over a span of 3 weeks and all my questions were left unanswered I asked for a refund. From then on all my emails were ignored and they have no other form of communication (no phone number, and an "on-line support" feature which never works). Luckily I got VISA to refund my money eventually.
Now 3 months later, I receive an email saying my order was delivered. I wonder where they sent it to since it certainly didn't come to me. I doubt they even sent anything.
STAY AWAY!!!
P.S. I wouldn't be surprised if many of the positive reviews you see here are spams from people who run the company. They are all crooks!

Placed an order, money was taken from my credit card. Over a month later, my item still shows as sitting in the Shenzen airport awaiting customs, but then magically it disappears from there as if it never existed.
All attempts to contact GameKool for resolution have failed. The "online" telephone service fails to connect or function at all, and of the TWO websites that are listed as supposed "legal and honest" ways to follow up on a bad transaction... yeah both websites aren't real, they are bogus IP's and websites, clear evidence of a scam if you are creating your own bogus "verify the visa" websites as I see it.
They now are claiming that my credit card was denied, but the charges are still there over a month later and Visa has confirmed that the payment went through ok to them.
If my card was denied, why did I get a confirmation of payment? Why is Visa saying it wasn't denied? Why did I get a tracking number? I could go on, but anyone reading this can see it for what it is. A scam!!
I dealt with Deal Extreme in the past and they were FANTASTIC to deal with. I tried GameKool because I was impatient with Christmas coming and Deal Extreme was out of stock on the item I wanted. Never again, I'll just wait on the back order or not order at all.

They falsley advertise and sell products. Once the defective product is received they will no longer respond to any communication attempts. The worst part is since they actually ship out a product PayPal will not reverse the transaction.

Honest and helpfull customer service
I received the package within the promised time. But it was open and with missing items, of course, I refused to receive it under those conditions. So, I was told by the postal delivery the package was going to be returned to the sender. Then, I contacted Gamekool customer service to let them know about the problem and they were happy to help me resolve it. They told me I needed to wait until they receive the package so they could send a replacement. So, I waited for about three or four weeks constantly contacting customer service for any news, but they kept telling me they had not recived any package yet. I was thinking at that time, I was not going to get the merchandise and/or my money back. Then, I decided to check with the postal office about that package. To my surprise, they still had it there for all that time (and I was blaming the poor guys from Gamekool); and, of course, I demanded that package was sent immediatly. After that, in a short time I received the notice from Gamekool that they had received the package (finally) and they were going to send the replacement. In about a week later I recieved a new package with all items inside. I thank Gamekool customer service for an outstanding service. They were with me all the way until the problem was resolved (Thanks a million Rachel).
