I sent my own new frames, just needed lenses
I have to say my new RX lenses took a while to adjust to. Fuse emailed me and asked how I was doing with the new RX. I was honest and said I thought the bifocal was set too low. He sent me a return postage to send it back, so they could fix it. I said I wanted to wait a few more days because I thought I needed more time to adjust. I am so pleased that I waited. I believe they are fine & I just needed time to adjust. Super helpful company & respond quickly to questions, unlike a different online lenses store I previously tried. Just got my replacement lenses back for my Oakley Prescription Sunglasses. Fantastic and glasses look like new again at a fraction of the cost of new Oakley's. The whole experience was painless and the longest part was the USPS shipping to and from Fuse. Will definitely use them again.

I've been fan of Oakley shades for YEARS. I discovered the Fuse brand when I needed replacement lenses & found the Oakley factory replacements to be ridiculously expensive. Fuse lenses are top quality which match the Oakley specs 100%... AND they are less than 1/2 the price. I've purchased MANY pair from Fuse. Never a negative issue. I had mistakenly used payment method that was tied to an old address. I quickly emailed Fuse to see if they could correct it and before 6AM CT on a Monday morning the week of Christmas, they had replied and were able to update shipping details to my current address. May be small, but replying when things are very busy goes a long way and it's clear so far that Fuse does the small things well!

I have been purchasing Fuse lenses for about 10 years for my old Arnette Hot Shots. They are exceptional value for money, especially when I consider their free warranty offer which can be claimed even when I do something stupid. Like today. I fitted my brand new lenses and dropped them within a couple of hours scratching up the left side. I emailed to ask if I could purchase a single lens and was told I would be sent a new pair as an I had an old order that I hadn't used the free replacement pair on. I'm in Western Australia and they haven't even asked me to cover the international postage from Florida. Please use Fuse lenses if you have a pair of sunglasses that you love. I will continue to purchase replacement lenses from this exceptional company... Thank you Alexandria for going above and beyond for me!
