Ordered for Christmas 12/11, ordered acknowledged, credit card charged same day. 12/27 no tracking! A lot of nonsense emails with no resolution or tracking. No personal customer service by phone. Are they a bogus company?
This pipe has me spoiled. It does everything it claims to do - big pulls of smoke that are nice and chilled so very gentle on the throat. I do wish the pipe could stay cool for longer. Also, I need a second bowl, but can't seem to buy that as an accessory on the website.

Let me start by saying that I've been smoking on the regular since I was 11 (-6months). I'm 40 now and didn't even hit a bong till I was 15. My bong master taught me on a glass 4ft and thus my love of big smoke began. I've purchased 2 different products from this company the 2022 bubbler+ kit and the 2022 steamroller. The bubbler is very good and I fell in love with it instantly (RIP). Unfortunately I just recently broke the bubbler base but the cool thing is with the design I can just order the base alone. That being said I probably won't because the one design flaw for me is that when I try pulling a whole bowl through in one go I get a little resin on my lips. Not a problem if you don't have iron lungs like me. I know they have a new bubbler Xl that wasn't available when I purchased mine that might solve this problem. Just needs a bigger mouth piece turned in like the bong or Klein recycler. My second order the steamroller is a beast, just what the doctor ordered. This thing hits so smooth with big smoke. Pro tip pull the whole bowl and take your finger off the carb. Truth be told I don't even freeze my pipes but 30% of the time they hit that good. The quality of the glass is top notch, I know the difference between good and bad through trial and error over the years. The shipping time for me was not a big deal. I got my bubbler in 3 days and the steamroller in 7 days but I only live 2 states away. That being said this is a great small business that has quality products and is consistently innovating and improving designs. Will definitely be a Freeze Pipe customer for life and already have my eye on a bong dual with the new freezable ash catcher unless they do another release of the frosted bong XL (That thing is sweet) in which case I'll just add the ufo perc.
Freeze Pipe had my order shipped within the promised shipping times and with accurate tracking information. I've always loved this brand and whether it was intentional or not I received the full bubbler pro flower kit instead of just the replacement glycerin chamber.

As a budtender, I have access to the best cannabis in the state. I needed the best pieces when it came to smoking and dabbing said cannabis. After some searching and researching, it looked like Freeze Pipe would be a great option. Now,after extensive use of course, I can see that Freeze Pipe was clearly the BEST and ONLY option. Rock the f#@$ on Freeze Pipe!

I wish I knew about this website before. I ordered from this guy and he never sent the product. I bought through Amazon which is making it more difficult to get a refund. Amazon keeps making me wait because this guy marked it as shipped 2 weeks ago but when you look up the tracking usps says its still waiting for the package. Like other people in these reviews I haven't been able to get a response, I've sent 3 Amazon messages and 2 emails. All have been ignored. This is not how to run a business! I regret spending $150 for products people are calling cheap and terrible... that I'm not even going to get!
NEVER GOT MY PIPE HOPE THEY BURN IN HELL
Should have gone of this site before I purchased from them. Don't order from these guys. The glass is very cheap, and none of it is made very well. The customer service is crap, their product is crap. It was a total wash for me, lesson learned. Since their customer service is crap, I am just tossing it as a lesson learned, and wasted money. FreshTech products are crap, and the YTubers who love them get the product for free, so of course they have nothing bad to say.
I ordered a set of the Pros and Elites from FresheTech which took 2-1/2 weeks for delivery. Upon receipt, the Pro set didn't work at all - They were DOA. I contacted FresheTech and they promptly sent me a second set which is why they get the 2nd star. That set was DOA also and when I contacted them, they refunded my money for them. At this time I noticed that the microphone on the Elite set didn't work. I'd had these for 2 weeks and when I contacted FresheTech about the defect, they said it was past their return window, which I guess is 30 days. They said this even though their records show I'd only had them for 2 weeks since it took 2-1/2 weeks to receive them. These look like nice headphones, but the QC is deplorable and their customer relations is spotty at best. With 3 defective pairs (out of 3), I'd recommend buying another brand.
