I started taking GLP-1 from hers about a year ago and for the first six or eight months it was great I was doing really well it was consistent weight loss that was very happy. Then they changed compounding pharmacies since October I have not lost any weight I varied by two or three pounds up and down but I'm 2 lb heavier than I was before the change to the new pharmacy. I have spoken to customer service and they've told me I need to eat more protein and drink more water and get more exercise all of which I am doing I'm more consistent than I was when I first started even and I am still not able to lose an ounce. And they are saying that it is my problem. That it's the same GLP-1. But each pharmacy compounds things differently so it's not the same and obviously I'm not getting the same results. So I am not very happy at the moment and they're not giving me any satisfaction

So far, I'm doing well. I have arthritis in both shoulders & my right knee. I do the best I can to get exercise, but it always causes pain, so my progress is slow but it is progress. I really don't eat much. Breakfast is the biggest meal, but even that is under 400 calories. Then about 1p I have steamed vegetables.

After starting Hers I’ve cut out sweets and started exercising and I’ve gained 4 lbs in a month. The only thing I’ve lost is my $500. I do NOT recommend.

I paid for a full year in advance. Received the first 6 months which was great....but then only received 3 months after. Paid $500 for each 3 months and never received my last 3 months. What a waste of money at that point. Don't order from here because they will not give you what you paid for

Subscription cancelled after 2 months
I paid for a 6 month plan in January, received one shipment and was due for my next refill on February 17. I reached out February 25 because I never received the shipment and received a message that my prescription was cancelled TODAY (February 26) because“Your initial shipment was processed under a different subscription configuration than your ongoing plan. We’re updating it so everything remains aligned with your current dosing schedule and this is why we had to cancel your subscription.”I don’t know what that even means! I received a partial refund and completed the intake form again as I was instructed to do. I paid for the 4 month plan to finish out my 6 months. My prescription was approved and I was advised to continue the dosage I’m currently on. Well I thought that I would be sent my refill immediately only to find out, it won’t be sent until April 14! I am very disappointed with the service I’ve received and I can’t get any real answers. I want the plan and service I paid for. No one told me there would be a month and a half gap in my treatment once I restarted the subscription. I need answers.

Paid 6 months in advance and product didn’t work .
I was on Hers pill for 12 weeks. Did not loose a lb. We have to pay 6 months in advance. I took these 2 pills Generic Metformin ER, Generic for Zofran®, Topiramate + B12. You do monthly check ins and the could see not loosing weight. They had all my info up front especially that I could not exercise due to surgery. They did offer to add more pills at no charge. I didn’t except cause I didn’t want to take a bunch of pills. I had not gotten the second shipment yet. So I asked if I went to an injection they would not ship rest and give credit towards injection! They said no. So I had them send rest since I pd for it and canceled any future orders. So please be aware this company makes you pay 6 months in advance. So if it doesn’t work you are just out of luck! So I have an unopened order that has not been used that I will have to discard. I have decided another option with a different company that is month to month and can stop at anytime. Just beware no adjustments and no refunds if product doesn’t work. Very disappointed 😢

So far I am at the end of 2 months and so far have not lost weight nor do I feel it has changed me wanting food. I am still waiting to notice a difference. Hopefully when increasing to next level will make a difference.

App needs improvement
I think that the app really needs to have a spot where you can record what dose you are on and when you gave it to be able to keep track. This is the biggest flaw that I have noticed with the program.

I’m experiencing migraines. I stopped taking the gummies and the migraines stopped. I restarted the gummies and the migraines started again. But other migraine triggers were possibly present. I’m going to wait and then take the gummies again when other migraine triggers are absent. Fingers crossed.
