Stay away from FlyFairTravels.com. My United MileagePlus account email was changed without my permission and my flight credits were stolen. I’m still struggling to get my account back. This is a serious security issue and I would not trust them again.
**Beware. Scammers. Have a look at the 5-star messages on TrustPilot. All fake.**I bought a ticket through American Airlines last October and had to cancel it later for a change of dates. AA did not give me a credit, saying in their email I did not buy through their website, which was not true. I intended to call their help line, but made the error of doing a web search for their number and ended up with FlyFairTravels instead of AA. FlyFair publishes fake web pages saying they represent AA (and a lot of other companies) and I made the error of calling the number they published, believing they represented AA (which, after I reported FlyFair to them afterward, is not true). They were able to buy me new tickets, recovering the credit for the cancelled tickets, which is nice, but in the process made me pay more than double the price. I was able to do a chargeback with my bank for the extra money FlyFair made me pay, but they then threatened us to cancel the tickets while we were at our destination. I called the AA help line (the real one!) and they were kind enough to add a password to our tickets in order to prevent FlyFair from messing around with them, and they were not able to cancel our return flight. The agent who "took care" of us was Lily Martinez.==== BEWARE BIG SCAMMERS ====

Hi Guys,I know some will think this is fake comment but I don't care believe me or not but I am adding this comment to aware people.I was employee in this company for a 1 or 2 months and(they also do scam with their employees never paid on time and unnecessary deduction.) i understood in between that what actually they are doing, the owner never came to office and upper management people are doing scam in his absence and I don't know maybe he's also involved in this but I'm not sure.. but i swear to god and my family, they re literally doing scam with people, they pretend like direct from airline but actually they are not, I have heard crying customer for their refunds and unwanted deduction from their cards. Whenever they feel that they re stuck somewhere then they refund back the customer's amount. I would say just file a complaint against the company in police whenever you feel stuck somewhere. Before confirming your tickets.. just read all the policies and I would also like to suggest.. confirm your tickets direct from airline not from the such kind of third party scammers
I want to be mad at this company but the bigger issue is the laws that allow them to do this. It is bait and switch. Buyers be ware. If a price looks too good to be true...it is. Best to use a site like Expedia or go directly to the airline's website. Live and learn!
I order booking but they increase the price after booking. It’s not acceptable. I’ll report to consumer affairs

This is a scam company! Booked a flight, received booking number, then they quickly started calling to change my flight. Told me they couldn't offer what I was confirmed. Tried to get me to fly out of another state, on a different day and time. I told them I couldn't do that and requested a refund. They refused and were yelling at me over the phone and hung up on me several times when I was requesting the contact number of the entity that could cancel and refund me. They advertise a 72 hour cancelation refund period, but wint honor it. Have to dispute with my credit card company.
Cheap prices, good to work with, hard to understand, however, but we did get through the process.
Scammers, they charge me twice the price of a ticket , they cancelled my flight and made me believe I did it and offer me the last sit in that flight for twice the price . They didn’t want to return my money after I cancel the ticket

Scammers scammers scammers. Stay away from this company. Big time liars. The offer discounted tickets and then call and say you have noSeats on this flight and charge you triple the price to get seats. Please people stay away from fraudulent company. When you insist on canceling the tickets, they charge you $200. Then they get rude and start yelling at you. They are Indians with heavy accents and you cannot understand a word they're saying.
