Mostly poor customer service.
When you are entitled to cancel your policy, they drag their feet. I have been waiting 48 days for a response to my cancellation request. When consumers call them, they leave consumers on hold for extremely long times but if you indicate you are a dealer on the automated system, it tells you how long the hold will be and offers a call back. Just another company that has no respect for their customers after taking their money.*update: someone finally helped me resolve the issue but it wasn’t easy.
