It is so sad how much this company has changed. This was my go-to for flower delivery. I ordered two separate this week and the first delivery is NOTHING that I ordered. I'm scared to see what the other delivery looks like. A true waste of money. Perhaps she should've sold to someone who truly values their customers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
DO NOT USE: I used to be a BIG fan of Farmgirl, for several years, it is no longer a quality product. I recieved a shipment for valentine's day, and first reaction was that i was disappointed in the size of bouquet comparative to the money spent and that size of arrangements as shown on the website. Then, as i prepared the flowers for a vase, i found that I received dead, rotted, smashed flowers. I reached out to customer service, with no response until i followed up 2 weeks later. I received an apology and a replacement delivery. I just received that delivery yesterday... only to find once again, dead roses, smashed Anenomes and wilted Stock. i emailed customer service again, with pictures, again.... clearly they just sent a replacement without actually looking at what was being sent. The response that i got was somewhat condescending. Here is my response: I’m fully aware of what guard petals are, and actually prefer them retained in a garden style arrangement. This is not that. That rose’s petals were soft and drooping. Spray roses loose heads all of the time, that was an old break prior to wholesaler and likely while still on the plant by the look of the healed scar. That also isn’t the point… the heads on the spray roses are drooping. The point being, I had an issue, you resolved it by sending an replacement. I appreciate that, however, the same substandard product was sent, did you flag the replacement order for the shipping department so they knew to ensure a quality arrangement? Likely not, so that means Farmgirl’s standard product across the board isn’t the same quality as it was before… its like returning a bowl of soup with a hair in it, only to be served another bowl that’s cold. I want nothing in return, thank you anyway, I’ll take my business elsewhere.
Interesting that on their website they remark how they disliked how actual bouquets never matched online photos when they are doing the EXACT same thing! Arrived wilted, broken and half the size of the online photo for valentines day. My husband is PISSED and says no one can pay him money to order fromThem again. Luckily he did do the route protection and I sent photos of the wilted broken flowers and received a refund.
Another Valentine’s Day, and once again the bouquets—costing hundreds of dollars—did not arrive. I’m sure apologies will follow, along with explanations about shipping delays and circumstances beyond their control. But at the end of the day, Farmgirl charges a premium for both the flowers and the delivery, and they failed to deliver. This will be the last time.
Several years ago I had a terrible experience with farm girl flowers. So this year Valentine’s Day, I figured I would try them again. Delivered on the wrong day, flowers were already dead, another terrible experience. I will never use farm girl flowers again.
I cannot honestly express how severely disappointed I have been on the last two deliveries of flowers. This was a Christmas gift from my children, six months of flowers one per month, and the last two have had dead, wilted, crushed flowers to the point that I really really think this has been a waste of my children’s money, though their intent was wonderful. I would have a very difficult time recommending farm girl flowers to anyone!
I always love giving and receiving Farmgirl flowers. Beautiful arrangements that arrive fresh and long lasting.Also, their customer service is outstanding.
Do not order flowers from this place. The quality is very poor. Nothing like the advertised photos.
MISLEADING! Flowers so much smaller and not as presented on the website. Pathetic for $100. I was excited to find them but feel misled. Sad as this was a special gift for a dear friend. Will not use again.
I have used this company in the past with great experiences, however, I just sent some flowers to my wife for Valentines Day and the arrangement looks horrible. The flowers are wilted beyond salvaging with water or any perk up products. I am actually embarrassed that my wife has to walk out of her office with them in hand. The Farm Girl website says no refunds nor re-deliveries if you didn’t buy their optional insurance which is complete BS. So if I were to buy shoes from Nike and opt out of delivery insurance, it would be fine for them to send me worn out, dirt, used shoes??? Why do they only honor possible exchanges/refunds if you purchase their delivery insurance. Do not buy from them and expect a beautiful bouquet anymore. I will find a different company in the future.
Extremely poor experience. Will never use again. Missed important delivery date that I can never get back. Lack of concern, responsiveness and action. They genuinely do not care. Will shop local from now on. I should have read the reviews on TrustPilot first.
I’ve been a Farmgirl Flowers fan girl for about 10 years now. I’ve received countless beautiful bouquets. I recently had an issue, and their outstanding customer service went out of their way to make things right. You can tell a lot about a business by their customer service—and it doesn’t go unnoticed. I’m already looking forward to my Mother’s Day Peonies!
terrible company; ordered flowers for my mother in law after her father passed. . took over a week to arrive, and arrived dead. Said I didnt purchase 'insurance' which is required for replacement . . that in itself is a complete scam. UPS express all carry free insurance up to $100 that would cover the missed guaranteed delivery date. Go somewhere else. Terrible people.
Poor quality of flowers. They used to be my go-to. Will now go directly to locally owned shops!
Run fast…..ordered flowers for B Day Party Delivery Date 1/24. They changed my Delivery date to 1/26 without my approval. Delivered dead flowers 1/27. I’m pretty sure they make their money from the five dollar delivery protection because nobody gets their flowers delivered, right.
Delivered flowers were wilted and half dead. I followed the directions to lodge a complaint. I even attached a photo. Unfortunately the photo showed the flowers looking better than how really crappy rather than the sorry bunch of flowers they actually are. I wouldn't buy flowers from Farmgirl Flowers ever. However my friend sent them to me. She would be so disappointed to know how really awful they are.
I ordered their top of the line bouquet - Extra Hop for my friend’s birthday. The bouquet arrived looking nothing like the bouquet shown on their website both in terms of presentation and the variety of flowers. They claimed that they shipped in tight bunch to avoid damage. However, what is the point of purchasing flowers from a florist if there is no arrangement of the flowers, just a tightly bunch in a cardboard box? I purchased from other online florist before and they preserved the arrangement while it was being shipped. If they had show how the bouquet they ship would look like, I would have never purchased that.Second issue is freshness - the flowers arrived wilted and after four days in the vase with water, they look deteriorated and the buds went straight to wilting, not even bloomed. I contacted their customer service and received excuses, insulting comment implying the customers who complained usually lack integrity. They asked for a bunch of photos - then concluded that how the flowers looked was as expected and therefore will not give me a refund.All the communication I received exhibited a blatant misrepresentation and under-delivery of what they showcased on their website and their social media account. Poor quality, expensive flowers, terrible customer service and lack of honesty.

I’ve been a loyal Farmgirl Flowers customer for years and have placed 18+ orders for various occasions. Unfortunately, the quality has become increasingly inconsistent. This is the second year in a row that birthday flowers sent to my sister arrived in poor condition and required follow-up.I provided photos at delivery and again after the flowers were trimmed, watered, and given time to recover, but they looked worse after 24 hours. Given the premium price point, the quality is too unpredictable for me to continue ordering.
These guys used to be reliable but are now a disaster. I received flowers as a bday gift. Box contained sad, wilted and broken stems. Customer service offered to send a new arrangement which arrived today. Same deal. After spending some time trying to figure out if any of the stems could be salvaged I gave up and they all went straight into the trash. Absurd. Better to call a local florist to hand deliver an arrangement. Probably more affordable and definitely more reliable.
