Horrible Experience
I would never use this company again. I tried to work this out with Nick the Manager and Mohammed the owner. Been trying since March privately but neither one see this as a problem and is not offering what I am looking for. See below
1. Bus arrived on time but with the heat blasting in the back. It was absolutely stifling. We had to show the driver Eddie, how to change it over to air conditioning and then wait out 15 minutes before leaving to let it cool down a bit. Saturday was very warm so you can imagine how hot the back was.
2. Eddie went over contract with me and said the tip should be 20%. He also said it took took 2.5 hours to get there and he has a long day ahead of him. I explained I talked to Falcon about this beforehand and was told drivers are paid for their full time and tip is is not expected but discretionary. We were planning to give a 10% tip either way. I just didn't like how forward he was asking for it up front and mentioned his long day.
3. The drive to AC was suppossed to be 55 minutes. It took 2 hours and 20 minutes. The bus engine broke down and we were only able to drive at 20 MPH. We even had to stop in an abandoned gas station to let the engine cool down before finishing the ride. As you can imagine, all the guys on the bus were now getting upset. The heat, the tip, and now this incredibly long drive.
4. Eddie missed the exit for Borgata! He had no idea either, we had to tell him he was past it and had to go back. We needed to do a u-turn. Then he takes us to the back of the building where the employees enter. He needed to ask an employee for directions and got one in a small pickup truck to give us an escort.
4. Ediie took my cell phone down and said he would get back to me about another bus coming. He calls me about an hour later and says the bus will be there at 10:30 to pick us. How the original trip was pickup at 6 and dropoff at 12. We were going to get picked up by bus at 11:00-11:15 at Borgata to drive home. Why would I want to be picked up earlier after we just took 2 hours and 20 minutes to get there? He said, oh i thought thats what you wanted. Of course, I did not. We had calls several times back and forth with someone named Shiek or Shake? I think he owns NJ Limo Bus but not Falcon. He complained to him and got another bus to pick us up at 12:30.
5. We got picked up and Eddie was waiting in front of bus and said, You are still going to tip me right? I was so annoyed with this guy but just said screw it and paid him $120 as a tip.
6. No issues on the way home. The guy who drove us was super nice. I think his name was Oscar. Much better driver.
This was a horrible experience overall. Everyone was upset. I honestly think the whole trip should be refunded. However, people need to get paid for their time so I'll leave that up to Falcon. Something big needs to be done.

SCAM!!! Do not book!
Do not book this company, I repeat... DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY.
I booked a party bus for my daughter's thirteen birthday. I paid the deposit and was told that the balance should be paid in cash. Their driver Ivan stole the cash and claimed I only him partial payment. I gave this guy additional $300 tip and can you believe he reported I only gave him $100!!

Booked with falcon for Valley of the Kings trip 5 of us we booked within 24 hour period so literally no cooling off period .we went on a day trip in the red sea with another company the day before our trip with falcon unfortunately I collapsed on the boat trip we were in the middle of the ocean so no Internet connection to be able to contact falcon .my family were distraught as I had had a brain hemorrhage not to long ago so seeing me collapse again was harrowing .The boat company were brilliant arranging hospital and cars to take me and my family back .As soon as my daughter in-law returned to hotel she immediately informed falcon so approximately 17 hours before .Falcon has showed no compassion and refused a refund or at least a partial refund or a trip on a different day consequently we have lost 500 pounds i realise they are a business but to show no sympathy or a change of day for trip is awful .my family had already spent hundreds of pounds with them so obviously all they interested in is taking your money . Be aware if there's any problems your on your own !!

Wrong pickup location
Do Not book Falcon Tour if You have an important event like your wedding.
I booked Falcon Tour for my wedding day. 30 person Bus with Bathroom, pickup from my house.
At 10 am when the bus was suppose to arrive, it did not show up. Called the driver and was told that the driver did not have the correct information.
Not only the driver's paperwork said 10:30 am pick up, but also his pickup location was the first location we were suppose to reach. I had to take 2 cars on my wedding day to drive 50 miles to reach my first stop. The bus of course had no Bathroom, even though i was assured over the emails from the sales that it will have a bathroom.
The bus barely fit 17 people and we could not accommodate more people that we planned to bring onto it.
At the end of the night the driver demanded $600 tip as he said it was 20% of the bus price. Falcon did not even provide the bus but sold the contract to another company. I made a claim with Venmo to get my second payment refunded since the services that I booked were not provided as in the agreement, but the first half of the payment went through zelle so nothing could be done about that.
Do Not Use Falcon if you want to have a stress free event. They are unprofessional and incompetent to run a bus company. Be Aware !

They didn’t show up on my wedding day. Called the driver’s phone number provided and he clearly had no idea
