THE BEST ANT STORE
I received my ants within 4 days of being shipped, and not a single ant seemed to be dead or injured. I really appreciated how they wrapped the ants in a heating foil so they wouldn't suffer within England's cold climate.The only thing I would suggest, would be to pre drill the containers in which the ants are stored and then plug it up. I struggled to get the colony into the outworld as there was no way to transfer the colony without opening the entire lid. But this is not related to the service or to the quality of the ants, which where again excellent !

A perfect experience with shipping to France
I bought a very healthy colony from Peter's shop. Peter is very nice and take care of his colonies and is very careful for shipping. No problem for my shipping to France !It's my 2nd colony from Peter. The first was 10 years ago and everything was perfect too.

Awesome shop
Great shop! The seller always gave me help on the species that I was buying and was always very respectful and nice. The package arrived very quickly and was packaged well. This seller puts general time and effort in his business. I would recommend to anyone interested in ants.

Legitimate, careful and wonderful!
Communication throughout the entire process ( description of the colonies, shipping times and caveats, payment and finally follow up with actual colony shipment) was superb, and helpful. Both colonies arrived in 6 days, with minimal losses. This seller is responsible, communicative and cares about the hobby, the colonies as well as the buyer. While I was initially wary given the potentially long shipment times and specific payment form, the seller is legitimate and helpful. A great experience overall.

This seller is amazing! The shipping process was easy and very fast. This seller takes immense care with their packaging- three layers of foam, news paper, and bubble wrap! The colony arrived with almost no deaths and is currently doing well.

Perfect All Around
Prompt communication, fast shipping, well packed, accurate description of ant colony. This seems like a given for someone doing business online, but I can attest that it's not. I've recently had problems with other vendors, I should have came to exoticantstore first.

Great experience
The seller has first hand knowledge in the collection and rearing of the species he sells. Very knowledgeable, and more than willing to share the information he knows with you regarding species that you are interested in.The order I placed came in yesterday and was packed well and ingenuitively. Not a single ant was lost with lots of brood. It seemed like they did not even realize that they were moved and shipped halfway across the world.This seller has experience, communicates well and quickly, and I admire his ethical collection stance - Could not ask for a better person to interact with to adopt ants from.

Very enthousiaste about this ant store. Good explanations on the site, very good and quick response by email. The ants I ordered were alive, in good shape, very well and securely packed. I will order again, especially fragile species, because I know they will have best chances to arrive to my home. Thanks a lot

Very professional ant seller
This is my second order on this site and I am still so satisfied !! The 4 colonies purchased all arrived alive and in perfect health. It is 100% success. It's amazing because I have only experienced failures with other Asian sellers almost. This is due to the packaging which is exceptional and surely to the excellent breeding conditions. I will not buy Asian species anywhere other than here !! Excellent, passionate and very professional seller, you can order with your eyes closed.

This is the second time I ordered from Exoticantstore and I am very satisfied. I find Peter the person in charge, very professional and very patient when discussing about ants, their shipping and breeding. It happened during my second order that the post office in my country (France) was particularly slow and disorganized, but Peter proposed to me another shipment and was very professional in the transaction. More generally, the ants arrived very well packaged, in perfect health and with brood. Read the terms and conditions… it’s that simple
I read the terms and conditions on this sellers website front to back and then back to front again… I knew exactly what risks I was taking before making any purchase.. I knew that postage around the world in general has been brought to its knees because of this COVID-19… and I appreciate this seller and many other sellers around the world have no control once they send their delicate packages that we so anxiously & eagerly await… I completely understand and can appreciate any and all live arrival guarantees by all sellers in general being taken away because of this and at the end of the day, most of us all have families to feed, bills to pay and a need to make a living… I also understand and feel the pain when a queen or colony arrive dead.. and I can imagine the pain the seller must also feel having raised these various beautiful species only to hear they’re now dead..So I knowingly took a gamble fully aware of the worst-case scenario consequences.. and also because the prices in my opinion are very reasonable so this was a very small gamble to me.. Now having made several orders from this seller.. I have 100% confidence in always buying from this seller still knowing the risks and accepting his terms and conditions… And Yes… not every single colony I’ve ordered has arrived alive… But most actually have… And I really have to commend this seller in having the absolute best logistical skills when it comes to the packaging, hydration cells and the amount of effort that is clearly put in to keep these ants alive for as long as possible during transit..Five stars to this seller.. I have absolutely no regrets in any order I have made and will continue to order from this seller in the future… but when I can make some more bloody room now because I’m running out of space now!
