Hello I ordered a bong two weeks ago and have not received a email or the package I am getting a bit annoyed atm so I need someone to tell me what's going on.

Everything was good the package inside was packed good had dry ice so it don’t go bad besides the box outside being a little bit up everything else was excellent thank you I appreciate your service and will keep having service with you guys thanks a lot|4
My Tera came today. Fast shipping! It arrived in good condition. After a 3 hr charge i tried it out and was impressed. I am very satisfied with my purchase, although i see you just reduced the price for memorial day i wish i could have gotten that deal🤨. But overall no complaints. I have recently ordered two pax 3 and the shipping page does not load at all and I have not received any shipping updates and it has been over a week since my order has been placed. As far as I’m concerned, this webpage is a scam.

I've waited three days for some type of communication confirm some form of progress on my order. After I saw that the charge has went through on my card, I went ahead and attempted to call the business. The calls never went through and the number that was provided by my credit card company was responded with a machine saying calls were not accepted at this time. In addition to this, the web page with the order status does not load consistently if at all. All of these factors obliterates any faith I have in this company.
Purchase with confidence. I was leery of an order I had just made because of some negative reviews I had read here, but upon reaching out to their customer service department, my fears are gone. Silvia was so attentive and informative, and got back to me so quickly. I will update once my product arrives, but for now I can say the service is EXEMPLARY.
I ordered the Rachel bong and it did not come with the shown rhinestone flowers in the picture. They will not give me the missing rhinestone flowers. Very dissatisfied.

Ordered a Pax vape 3 weeks ago, money was taken out of my account immediately and yet it was never sent. The one phone number on the website was "not in service" and the other one I found, some dude answered and said I had the wrong number. No one replied to my emails either. At this point, they better send me flower too. I will not give up until I get what I paid for and they provide me with an explanation.
Out of every online store that sells vaporizers of many varieties, I can safely say this is the worst place to buy one period. Customer service is virtually unreachable through the slim M-F 12-5 PM window provided, even if you shoot an email during the timeframe. Agents take anywhere from 2-4 days to respond to an inquiry on an item I purchased over three weeks ago that still hasn't shipped. The phone number that's provided on their website is disconnected, so there's no way of talking to anyone through that avenue. If you enjoy possibly waiting a month for an item to ship to you, with no concrete details of when it will arrive, then, by all means, this is the place to order from. Otherwise, avoid ordering anything from this company.
Excellent customer service, had a faulty device replaced and sorted within a few days. Very impressive will definitely be using these guys again.
Day 16 still not heard bak from a manager after my request to speak to one about a faulty vape one of there expensive ones aswell so if you buy of this company you better hope it's not faulty but a bit of advice I've bought 2 products and the 2 of them were faulty now getting ignored cause I got frustrated at one of there staff well stop selling faulty goods and I wont get frustrated simple and a manager should call instead of avoiding this matter

I purchased a BLK mamba Vaporizer in Feb. It came right away as it should. Feeling good about the chance I took with this company.Now on July 19 I purchased a G Pen Elite, it's now August 3rd and it's still not here. The weird part is the reviewer who purchased the same thing on July 17 was told they were on back order. What makes it even stranger is that my correspondence with your customer service never said anything about the item being back ordered. In fact I was told they definitely had it at the warehouse and that my order should be going out July 31. That turned out to be a lie. So while I don't want to believe a stranger on the internet. What could make it take this long except for the fact they don't have it. And if it was already out of stock on July 17 why are you still letting people buy it 2 days later. Not to mention it's still on your site now with no indication it's on back order. The only difference from when I purchased it is it's now $120.Now what should I do bc emailing them take 3-5 days to get a response. They can just string me a long for another 3 weeks. I didn't want to believe all the bad reviews bc more recent ones were favorable, but now I realize I guess I got lucky with the first order.I'm sad it didn't work out like I wanted, but I'm more disappointed with the customer service. I'm very patient and I'll wait as long as someone is communicating (regularly) with me.
I saw a lot of horrid reviews about this company. However I would like to say I ordered my item July 3rd, and received exactly what I wanted at a great price yesterday! Their web site states shipping the product out can take time due to COVID.
Excellent items and fast delivery
Garbage company, phone lines are down and no one is really working there, they just send you emails upset that you asked for tracking information on the $200 vape you just bought
Had some problems but have mostly been resolved. The last of the issues were the delivery company and not Everyonedoesit
