EventLeaf Simplifies Check-in and Badge Printing
I'm currently preparing for an executive-level event and chose EventLeaf for on-site badge printing and check-in. The interface is intuitive, and I was able to upload my attendee list (created from our company-created event site) and customize badges quickly. I have used a couple of other event management and registration systems, including one of the major ones in the event industry (you know who I'm talking about). While I do like those options, it's great to have the option to work on the fly for my smaller events without all the fuss. I also appreciate that it works smoothly with the iPad and Zebra printer rented from Choose2rent. Plus, the sales team and support staff have been great. I'm excited to use it fully on the day of the event!!

We were using Excel to manage our event related data. We started using eventleaf a couple of years ago and switched to eventleaf for every conference and meeting that we have hosted ever since. It is perfect for small meetings as well as large scale events with thousands of attendees. EventLeaf offers us everything we needed and more when Attendify was purchased by Hopin and sunsetted. We went in search of a suitable alternative and were referred to EventLeaf. I immediately reviewed the information available online and then jumped in to creating our event using their free option to do so. I fell in love with this platform. It is user friendly, intuitive and easy to work with in so many ways. Customer service support has been fabulous! We never have to wait very long for assistance and our questions are answered very thoroughly. I am excited to have found EventLeaf and plan to be a customer for a very long time to come. Our event is still under construction but I am enjoying all that I am learning that will make it meaningful for our attendees.

User friendly
We used the Eventleaf platform for all of our small events and Webinars. What we like the most in Eventleaf is the ability to form adjustable event types such as In-Person, Hybrid, or Virtual. Overall, it has a friendly user design with an uncomplicated registration process for registrants.

Easy to use software
I bumped into Eventlife when I was doing a review on event management software programs. The website looked professional thus drew my interest. For me to come up with an honest review I had to try it out. The software literary keeps you on the driving seat of your event. Our experience has been very positive!
I organized a small charitable event in my local community recently and used the Eventleaf free edition. Simply put, Eventleaf takes the guess work out of event planning. And, because my event was free, so was Eventleaf!! On the plus side for Eventleaf, business people who attended, commented on the way the event was organized. I was asked to organize a college event. It felt like a daunting task but then I came across Eventleaf Online. This is one site that I feel has got what it takes to host an event. The site sports excellent tools, free of cost, to put up an excellent event page. The best part, I think is its ease of use. You can set your page up and running in no time at all. Another thing I liked about the site was that it provides an option for opening the registrations at a later time. This is an indispensable tool. Various other tools exist, leaving you completely free from the backstage work of a site page. Monitoring of cash and attendees is also done automatically. I would recommend using this site again and again.

Eventleaf Online is ease to use for both small and large events. I can manage my event from a tablet, home or office PC and phone. All in all I am happy with this product and highly recommend this to any of my associates.

Easy to use platform
I have used a number of different platforms to arrange events during my career but Eventleaf is by far the best. There are a variety of tools available from inviting attendees, checking them in and printing their event badges which are all quick and easy to use. The facility to use Eventleaf from a tablet or mobile phone means I can manage all my events while on the road any time of the day.
If arranging an event that is free there is no charge to use Eventleaf online so there’s no reason not to give it a try.

Eventleaf is very intuitive
I just love online applications that do what they are supposed to do, with no fuss and simplicity. Jolly Eventleaf is an excellent example of an intuitive app with great user experience. From the registration process which is very fast to using the event dashboard, everything is a breeze. Designing an event is straightforward and takes a lot of the usual hassles away. Managing contacts can't be any easier, from creating new contacts from scratch to importing my contacts in a CSV file. Configuring the ticket packages for events is a great feature. The multilingual interface makes my life a lot easier.

The excellent feature that has come in very handy is the database that can be compiled with the contact information from the attendees. It is simple to follow up with those that attended and request feedback from the event or even create an incentive to attend the subsequent events. For those that did not make it, it is an ideal opportunity to reach out to those individuals to engage what would have made them attend or if they are not interested. Great Online Event Management Platform
This is what I was looking for! Its great, Reliable and very easy to use software on desktop and the amazing part is you can also create and manage event through their web portal. Jolly Technologies’ Eventleaf was a life saver platform which I could use both offline and online. I did not have to download any other software, Eventleaf has it all. Our events require tickets to be sold and Eventleaf worked out great. We found Eventleaf convenient when it comes to promoting events to your contacts from social networks like Facebook, your emails etc., which is also equally important to us.
