I originally bought the G2 just to test…
I originally bought the G2 just to test the tech and see if it was practical for my day-to-day. The display quality was great — bright and easy to read without blocking my vision. Then I started using translation and navigation on my weekend trips, which already made it even more useful.Conversate is the feature that really impressed me though. I sounded more confident and responded quicker in meetings, thanks to more context and quick prompts on the spot.

Got my G2 about five weeks after…
Got my G2 about five weeks after ordering. Took them on a business trip right after and that’s when everything clicked for me.Real-time translation at the airport was super helpful. With the navigation feature, I no longer need to stop and check my phone in unfamiliar places. Conversate was useful in meetings too, letting me follow discussions in different languages and jump in at the right time. When I got to my hotel later — the summary and action items were already waiting for me in the app. It reduced the mental load of traveling for work and made it so much easier.

More than 2 months and not delivered yet
It’s been more than 2 months and nothing yet about my glasses. Not even prescription lens, just regular ones. Order was placed in the US. They keep sending automatic replies when you send email inquiring.Worst experience.

When I ordered my Even G2 a while back
When I ordered my Even G2 a while back, my partner kept teasing me about buying “another gadget.” After trying the live translation on a trip, now they want a pair too. I would say the best part is how natural the interaction is. With a slight ring movement, the information just updates. No need for voice commands or gestures. Comfort level is a 10. I wear prescription glasses normally and these feel just as good.

I was honestly skeptical about Even G2…
I was honestly skeptical about Even G2 and followed Reddit and Discord for a while before ordering mine. Shipping took about a month, but the community updates helped manage expectations.Unboxing felt very premium — like opening a pair of high-end glasses. Biggest surprise for me is how normal they feel to wear. Very light and no pressure on the nose even after using them for hours.Conversate is the feature I didn’t think I’d use, and now it’s the one I rely on the most during conversations and for transitioning topics in meetings.

I’ll admit the one-month wait had me checking my inbox alot, but customer support was always transparent about the timeline, which made a big difference.I use Even G2 in client workshops where I need to stay sharp. The first day I wore it, I noticed I wasn’t mentally scrambling for words anymore. Conversate gives just enough guidance without scattering my attention. It's like having notes in your head that no one else can see.I'm also surprised by how comfortable they are. I wear them for entire afternoons and would completely forget they are smart glasses. Looking back, the wait was well worth it.

Bought the G2 because I’m into new tech…
Bought the G2 because I’m into new tech and thought I’d just use it occasionally. Two weeks later, it’s become part of my daily routine.Navigation without looking down at my phone is something I didn’t know I needed. Walking between meetings while still seeing directions in my view just feels natural.Another perk is the R1 ring control is super discreet, people think I’m just fidgeting with a ring. No one can tell I’m interacting with the glasses. It’s one of those products that sounds niche until you try it, and then it just makes sense.

Conversate is the reason I bought Even…
Conversate is the reason I bought Even G2, and it’s honestly better than I expected. I’m in consulting and spend most of my days in back-to-back meetings. I was trying to listen, think, and plan my response at the same time, and by the end of the day my brain was fried. Now I can glance at the AI prompts, pick the direction with the ring, and keep the conversation flowing without losing my train of thought. The biggest difference isn’t only efficiency — it’s how much calmer and more confident I feel when talking to clients too.

Huge waste of time and money
I bought a pair of G2 and a ring and cannot pair them to my brand new iPhone 17 Pro. I have been communicating with their “support” for over a week and they are zero help. They ask for the same information half a dozen different ways. They obviously have no idea how to troubleshoot their own products. Zero help and a huge waste of time and money. Don’t waste yours too!

Not happy at all
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my order placed nearly two months ago, which is still showing as “in production.” This extended delay has caused significant inconvenience, and I have not received any clear updates on the expected delivery timeline.Additionally, I noticed a concerning pricing discrepancy. The price displayed on your website was significantly lower than the amount shown at checkout, an increase of approximately $150. This lack of pricing transparency is very frustrating and unacceptable from a customer standpoint.

I've tried Ray-Bans and Xreals
I've tried Ray-Bans and Xreals, but these are the first ones I can actually wear all day without my nose hurting—the weight balance is insane. I had some initial issues with Bluetooth disconnecting, but the support team helped me troubleshoot it quickly (shoutout to the team on Discord). The Green UI feels retro-futuristic and isn't distracting at night. It’s not a computer on my face; it’s just a smarter way to walk through the world.

I went with the non-prescription…
I went with the non-prescription version and honestly, I just bought it to see what it’s like. I also noticed it said delivery would be faster, so I was super eager to get it. I had seen a bunch of people saying they hadn’t gotten theirs yet, so I got a little nervous and even emailed customer support. They let me know right before shipping that my order was about to go out, which was such a relief.I also joined their Discord — feels like I’ll be able to get answers to pretty much any question there in the future. Luckily, my order showed up about five weeks after I placed it.I’m still figuring out all the features, but so far the translation function is actually really useful, the screen is bright and clear, and it’s super comfy to wear — no eye strain, no pressure on my face. And Conversate totally blew me away. I tried chatting with my wife for a few minutes, and haha, it even listed all the chores I had to do the next day. Honestly… my wife ended up liking the G2 even more than I do!

Honestly
Honestly, this device has changed how I manage my day. Having my schedule and to-do list floating in my peripheral vision keeps me on track. I was skeptical about the price, and yes, there are still some bugs to iron out with the app connectivity, but the team is pushing updates constantly. It’s rare to see a company actually listen to user feedback this closely. It helps me stay present without disconnecting entirely.

Dissatisfied and Disappointed
The service provided was extremely disappointing. The tracking system is unreliable, and the advertised delivery timeline of 1–2 weeks is misleading at best — in reality, the shipment took nearly a month. For a high-priced item, this level of service is unacceptable.Additionally, the U.S.-based shipping partner demonstrated poor customer service, making it difficult to speak with a representative and resolve concerns. The overall experience fell far below reasonable expectations given the cost of the product.I would not recommend this service to anyone who requires timely delivery. If you are comfortable paying a premium price and waiting a month or longer, this may be acceptable to you — but in my experience, it was not worth the expense. The communication and delivery practices felt both unprofessional and misleading.
Disappointed
I’m not a fan
I viewed the ads online and decided to roll the dice on the Even Realities G2 Glasses and the R1 Ring. The delivery took a couple of months which I was okay with. The order came minus the optional sun glasses clip which I haven’t received and the company isn’t responding to my requests for delivery. The glasses are not adequate for my hearing loss issue due to lagging speech to text performance. The R1 ring is nonfunctional for health tracking. All points considered I will be selling these cheap or they will sit in my drawer of failed experiments.

I ordered my Even G2 back in December
I ordered my Even G2 back in December, and I must say that I'm really happy with it, even though I didn't know what to expect. They felt so light and comfortable that I put them on without thinking. Even without all the ingenious features, I would still be a fan based only on the appearance. But thanks to features like translation, Conversate for meetings, and real-time notifications, they have become an essential part of my everyday existence.

Even Realities …stay away
I purchased the G1 Even Realities in November last year. I'm not happy with the product - I have been patient with the product and the ER staff, but my patience has now been exhausted. These are the reasons I am unhappy with the product and service.1. Days after making the purchase, I received a notification from the sales team that the G2 had been released. I was not offered an upgrade, but instead a discount of $100. While I gladly accepted this at the time, I hadn't realised the new G2 would lead to the following issue,2. Once the G2 were released, ER suspended all sales of any accessories and parts necessary for the G1 - I couldn't purchase an additional pair of sunglasses or even the ear buffers for my ears. This resulted in me not being able to see the projections at all while outdoors if without my sun shades. 3. I still purchased the G2 ear buffers for my ears because the weight of the new glasses caused sores on the tops of my ears that were in fact bleeding daily. As a result, I needed to stop wearing the glasses altogether. 4. The nose pads are too small, so again, the weight centred on small nose pads caused the glasses to leave two prominent bruises on my nose. I've now not worn the glasses at all for 3 months and still have bruises on my nose.5. The connection with my calendar seems to constantly get lost - I had to reset the glasses daily, and sometimes multiple times a day to reconnect the calendar - when I wrote to the ER tech, I was simply told to reset it. This is no consolation and I'm very disappointed in ER's lack of commitment to resolve this since this is one of the main functions of the glasses. 6. The charging case makes a high-pitched whistling sound that means I cannot have it near me when it is charging because the sound gives me a migraine.7. The tech and complaints department instead of resolving the issue about my connectivity wrote me back about something else that was available, which was clearly not my issue and was mistaken with someone else's complaint.8. I purchased the ear buffers on the 29th of November. At the time, your website informed me the delivery would take between 2-4 weeks. It is now the 10th Feb and I still have not received them. This resulted in not being able to take them on a trip overseas because I simply couldn't bear the pain of the glasses any longer. I'm very disappointed with my purchase, and frankly feel ripped off after purchasing an expensive product I cannot use at all. I realise ER does not offer refunds for glasses with a prescription, however, I requested a refund on the basis that your product falls significantly short of what it purports to provide, while also not informing me, the buyer, of the risk to my ears and nose caused by the weight of the product. Given there is a prescription on the frame, I offered to accept a full refund of the product, and the accessories I purchased, less the $159USD for the prescription lenses. The ER complaints department requested a medical certificate as evidence, which I couldn’t provide- why would I go to a doctor about a bleeding sore caused by their glasses?? I just stopped wearing them, and explained that I was unwilling to reinjure myself to provide this evidence. They said this is the first time anyone has ever complained, but I find that hard to believe since they clearly developed the ear buffets as a solution to past complaints similar to mine.As a resolution, they offered me a new pouch…for a product a cannot wear. The glasses may look smart but are not suitable for anyone who needs to wear them daily. Additionally, their software needs improvement to be properly functional. I would not buy again and regret my purchase.

Warning Company threatened to remotely disable my device via App ban. Not "Privacy Focused". They retain full control to disable your glasses
Be very careful before buying these. I am currently in a dispute regarding a return, and management sent me an email stating they would "restrict access to the Even Realities App" if I didn't comply. Since the glasses require the App for almost all functionality, they are effectively threatening to "brick" hardware I paid for. Their marketing claims to be "privacy-focused," but a company that holds a remote kill-switch over your head is the opposite of private. You do not truly own this device. Don't believe the "Open Source" or "Privacy" marketing. During a customer service dispute, the company threatened to ban my account and cut off App access. If they can remotely turn off your glasses' functionality just because they are unhappy with a return request, you don't own the product, you are just renting it. True open-source hardware wouldn't have a remote kill switch. In summary; Great hardware, but dangerous company policy. If you have any issue with billing or returns, they threaten to disable your App access, rendering the glasses useless. Do not spend money on hardware that the manufacturer can turn off whenever they want.

Beautiful product concept, terrible customer experience
I wanted to love this company. The G2 glasses look incredible on paper and the reviews from tech journalists are glowing. So I ordered a pair. That was over a month ago. They're still not in production. What's frustrated me most isn't the delay itself. Hardware startups have growing pains. I get it. It's the communication, or complete lack of it. My estimated shipping date has shifted with zero proactive outreach from the company. I only found out by obsessively checking the order tracker myself. The only emails I've received are marketing emails asking me to leave a Google review and telling me about features I can use once I receive a product that doesn't exist yet.I reached out to customer support and got a response that seemed detailed and human until I asked a follow-up question and received the exact same response verbatim. It was automated. After doing some research, I've learned my experience is far from unique. There are customers who ordered in November 2025 who are still waiting as of February 2026. Estimated dates changing multiple times. People being told their order was "expedited" only to see it delayed again. And apparently the R1 ring is out of stock entirely, but instead of announcing that publicly, they're just quietly pushing individual customers' dates back. What really bothers me is that their website still advertises a 4-5 week delivery window for new orders. That's not what's actually happening, and they know it.I'm also concerned about the cancellation policy. Prescription orders can't be cancelled after 24 hours, but some customers are reporting that their orders haven't even entered production weeks later. You're locked in with no product and no clear timeline.I still think the product itself has potential. But a company that can't be honest with its customers about timelines, inventory, and delays is not a company I'd recommend buying from right now. Wait until they sort this out.

Picked up my Even G2 and R1 just a bit
Picked up my Even G2 and R1 just a bit over a month after ordering, and they’ve already changed how I travel. Navigation is very smooth, translation and Conversate works great for communicating with locals, and I can follow directions without checking my phone. I really like how discreet they feel — they look like normal glasses but little do my friends know, there's much more than meets the eye.
