I should have read the reviews about Europcar. Please don't fall for the cheap prices. They take EVERY opportunity to scam more money out of you. I got charged for a full tank of petrol before I started the hire (at inflated rates). I was too tired to argue at the pick up. But the thing that mostly upset me was the Euro 350 charge for a tiny door pressure ding from another car that most other rental car companies wouldn't even charge as this is simply wear and tear. The guy at the drop off assured me I would only be charged whatever the cost. However being fair I was ok to pay something that was fair. But when I asked for the invoice this clearly showed other damage was being fixed at the same time, a much larger scratch and this nearly invisible pressure ding. I complained several times and after the my third email I started being ignored. Not a great example of customer service. Do yourself a favor go to one of the other providers.
