I spent 77 dollars on tickets from Etix for the Jamil shrine center circus. When the day came for the circus no tickets were checked at the door. EVERYTHING was paid for out of pocket once we got inside the venue, food, pictures, etc. the tickets was used for absolutely nothing and when I tried to get a refund etix refused my refund request. I basically brought tickets for nothing
The system is rubish
Very good experience.
An employee at your company used my credit card to purchase 9 tickets to a concert in St. Charles. IL in November. They slightly modified my contact info just enough to look real. I have attempted to dispute the charge with my credit card company and they claim, per your false documentation that I purchased, printed and attended an event I do not even know the artist of and have never even been to this city, state or venue. ETix and their employees are defrauding people all over, slightly altering your information so you are unable to dispute it and have to pay for their disgusting, unethical fraudulent practice. I am not the only one, look at the other reviews posted by those who have defrauded by ETix.
Easy to use mobile/printable tics!
Some employee at your company used our credit card to purchase tickets to a concert in Illinois this summer. They slightly modified my contact info just enough to look real. We are still fighting the charge! We will never use this service again!
I purchased 6 tickets for an acapella Christmas show and due to hazardous road conditions & the venue being over 400 miles away, we could not travel. I called customer service and was on hold for well over 30 minutes before they disconnected my call. I called back & chose the option for them to call me back. When they called back 3 hours later, the call disconnected. I repeated this process probably 3 times. When I finally spoke to someone, she was rude and told me they only refund tickets if the event is cancelled. This isn’t the first time I’ve played phone tag with customer service for this company. I can’t control the weather and I will not put my family at risk driving on snow covered icy roads.
Transaction was easy!!!
Ease of use and convenience
Terrible. Booked two tix for Goo Goo Dolls concert last night in Buffalo in general admission. Something went wrong and I was sent a link for ONE VIP meet and greet ticket (for $330). I showed up with my date and was told we only had one ticket and due to "occupancy" I could not buy another one. We had to leave without going in. The gate agent would not help and (really) looked at us and said "not my problem this is your problem."
Fast process and a great selection of tickets
Really bad experience, I have to rechedule my ticket due to an emergency, there is plenty of space at the new date but they don’t bother chaning it. I don’t think care customer satisfaction, will never buy a ticket via etix again.
Easy to use!!
Absolute scum of the earth adding insanely stupid fees for tickets. Literally just extortion for more money without any service or addition. Promised someone a visit and was forced to pay more due to etix. I hope every single worker for etix poops his pants in public. Never again
Complete shitshow trying to get tickets. Ended up with 14 charges and had to cancel my card.
It was easy & quick to search & select the event I wanted. I got immediate confirmation as well as follow up info sent to me.
Overall I like E-Tix but I have a hard time finding my tickets often. If they had an app it would help or if I could consolidate all my tickets into 1 place would help.
I was delighted with how easy and fast it was to find information about the event, ticketing, and seating options; as well as place my order.
Not user friendly at all. We have the unfortunate experience of being required to use this app every week to purchase tickets to our kids high school football games. Apple Pay hasn’t worked all season long and it’s very cumbersome to use. Our school district needs to look in to an alternative.
