A great experience, selling our property with Emsley's
Approachable, friendly staff. Nothing too much trouble. Communication and advice is excellent, we have always been kept informed every step of the way. Our house had numerous offers and sold within 11 days. I believe this is due to Emsley's selecting the right type of viewers via their mailing list and the quick advertising of our property on all the property websites.

Many thanks to the staff at Emsleys Crossgates. Through a long and protracted sale period the staff were always eager to pass on information and keep us informed of how the sale was progressing. Communication was maintained in a timely manner either by phone or text message and staff were always quick to respond with information and feedback with regard to bookings/viewings and any feedback received.

Bad Service and Difficult Process to View a Property
I can't believe how cumbersome Emsleys' process is for simply viewing a property. After submitting an inquiry on Rightmove, they require you to complete a form—which is understandable—but they insist on including a proposed offer amount, and it's a mandatory field. How is anyone supposed to provide a reasonable figure without first seeing the place? When I called to voice my concerns, the representative explained that the landlord might decline a viewing based on that information. It's quite frustrating!

After a very turbulent sale and purchase Hannah at Emsleys was amazing! Right through to the call to pick up our keys, we bought a property via Emsleys and even though we were not their clients Hannah kept us informed right through to the end, if we were to ever sell we would definitely use them

How do you deal with a house Sale and Purchase. Go to one place Emsleys.
The whole process of Sale and Purchase was made so easy for us.Having not moved house for over 20 years, the change of the process was made so easy by all of the team at Emsleys were there for us all the time and nothing was too much for them to take on the process.We have always had the idea that as age gets older we will to later move to a Bungalow. Emsleys will be the people to help us with that.
