Easier than Meal Kits
The recipes are great and easy to follow. I love the fact that it shoots over to my Walmart cart. No Fuss!

LOVE this app!!! I get different meals every week. And the variety is absolutely perfect. I just wish they had thing for my autistic adult son with food issues. Otherwise I recommend this to EVERYONE I can. It saves me money and time. You can do Mexican one night, Asian another. Italian or burgers. It even gives an entire menu for the holidays. And that's just the dinners. There's also breakfast and lunch options too. The more you look, the more you find.
Emeals is such an easy and convenient way to include more variety in our weekly meal plans.
So far experience has been very positive in the past two weeks of using eMeals. Easy to shop and make meals.
This always gives me interesting ideas for all meals (I subscribe not only to their dinner but to breakfast and lunch), plenty among which to choose for the week.
Makes eating healthy easy and quick
Love my e-meals. It would be EVEN BETTER if it would comparison shop for me...like tell me if Kroger vs. Publix vs. Aldi vs. Walmart had the best value for the item I select from the shopping list. I realize that is a VERY hard task to do...just saying.
I like the variety of recipes and the subscription annual price is reasonable. But I would like a way to search for high fiber recipes and some of the recipe nutritional information is garbled by having lines overlapping, and sometimes there is no nutritional information Fixing those things and adding high fiber search option would really help!
I like the quick and easy plan. I don't really care for the fact that you have to use an app. As an old person, my vision is not great using my phone, I prefer to use my computer so that I can see properly.
I also cancelled after never using the service and was still chargedWaiting on my refund after contacting them several times.
I love the variety of recipes, the ease of using the app and especially the integration with grocery stores! I have a big family and wish that I could adjust the number of servings to fit my family.
The App is easy to use. I like the variety and options.
Choosing meals was difficult because the recipes are unusual to me. I don't eat couscous, I don't eat kimchi, and there are others that are weird. So after you pick your meals the grocery list is made for you to customize. The directions through out the app are not intuitive. For example, the grocery list had boxes beside every item. I did know what to do' no direction no label, so I clicked it and it removed the ingredient. So then I have to figure out how to get it back. Its just not easy to navigate. Then I needed to add ingredients of my own. I figured out how to add items. I chose to add. typed "milk" for example and added it and others. So it was submitted to Walmart and the Walmart app opens and this list is somehow deleted / lost ( not sure) this part was so confusing I really don't know what happened so I had to start over. Turns out you are suppose to submit list to Walmart first then pick your add items in their website. I shopped Walmart just like you normally would and completed my list customization. There were other issues like I only need 2 lemons and I had to buy 2 lbs. I got two of an oil because there were 2 different descriptions on the list that were similar (I got refunded good deal) Then I needed to select substitutions. This was bologna because they said they didn't have sesame seeds but I know for a fact there was an end cap with tons of it 2 days ago. There's no way all that sold out. Anyway, I reviewed the list and checked out. While I was waiting for Walmart to do my shopping I looked up the recipe in emeals app. You have to have a moderate amount of experience with cooking because the instructions are so vague I had to use AI to make directions on how to prepare and cook. After awhile my husband went to pick it up. Then they sent me a notice that they canceled my fresh broccoli "because it doesn't meet some sort of a standard." I find out they just didn't have it but they did have fresh broccoli in bag and they failed to offer me a substitution. This whole process was exhausting. I am definitely not looking forward to actually cooking it because it's moderately difficult and I'm a novice. eMeals and Walmart are partners in this so they both get just one star.UPDATE: To add to the list; some of the recipes don't contain directions on the entire meal. It'll tell you how to cook the main course but not the side dishes. They don't send recipe cards, you have to download it and look at your phone or print it. All of the meals that you choose from are illustrated. But guess what; you might only get the main course and not the sides that are pictured. And of course only directions for the main course. I guess that's fair because you didn't get any groceries to make the sides. Since this is a partnership with Walmart I will comment on the grocery selection. I got fresh asparagus that was slimy, a bag of lemons that looked like they face planted on a gravel road, as I mentioned earlier, 2 large bottles of sesame oil that were over ten bucks each. I only needed one. eMeals = not worth it.
I enjoy this program so much I gifted a friend with it for Christmas.
I canceled my subscription before free trial was over and they still charged me. I was I unable to get ahold of any customer service.
Love the menus. Recipes are easy to follow and the time estimates are spot on. The shopping list is a huge time saver. I'd like to have a "Favorites" section that we can go back to and have it integrated into the shopping list as well.
The recipes are easy to make, take minimal prep, and the taste is outstanding.
Cancelled order in the app and was still charged. The only way to contact them is by email which was of no help at all.
I love having new ideas along with sides to serve to my family. I was so tired of the same ole dinners week after week, I hated cooking. Now I am enjoying trying new recipes and ideas.
You have a huge range of specific meal choices and don't make me choose just one. I can go back and forth between a variety of meals or intermingle. I love that I can set the number of servings per meal also. It's a huge blessing to be able to choose my proteins, since I don't eat pork or some fishes. To top it all off I can send my grocery list to WalMart for pickup. It is a good price for the value. What's not to like? I am very grateful for eMeals!
