Blocking genuine accounts & letting scammers go wild
I paid 3 days ago for a whole month and today they revoked my subscription. For the 3 days I had 4 contacts ALL of which were scammers. I had hard proof only for one but reported this plus the others as suspects. I had not done anything illegal. I just browsed and clicked heart or cancellation. When you click heart the profile disappears and you cannot see it unless the other person clicks heart too. the reply their customer care gave me is: "Your account was blocked because inconsistencies were detected—this is part of our commitment to keeping the community safe. We don’t share specific details about the detection process, but these actions are always in line with our Terms & Conditions, Online Dating Safety Policy, and Privacy Policy.When an account is suspended, access to premium features and communication is restricted, so your subscription benefits are paused for as long as the block is in place. The subscription itself doesn’t automatically cancel or refund when an account is blocked, but you won’t be able to use paid features during the suspension. "It seems they do not plan to refund or reinstate. And I am probably the most genuine customer that they can get.

The worst dating site
This was the worst dating site ever. I paid for a 6 months membership and feel that I completely wasted my money. The quality of the matches offered was very poor and did not match their advertisement. Their website is cumbersome and their algorithm does not work. It cannot even follow the selected criteria when it comes to distance or age. Do not sign up for them. You will regret it.

Horrible! Too many fake profiles, too many inactive profiles and very difficult to get a refund. They have the upper hand and can block your account erroneously, take days to respond to a complaint and do not consider delays into your three day cooling off period for a refund. Horrible so buyers beware! Apple is just as bad because they refuse to honor the three-day refund period as well.

After 5 months of sending appox 10+ likes daily (which is all you can do) I have only 1 person acknowledging me. Filled out the profile, great pictures as well and no response by all the fake profilesFirst, 99% of matched guys pictures/profiles are NOT Elite; there is no criteria that would qualify for Elite anything, zero screening by the company. Profiles are repetitive, after lots of attempts, same people have pictures repeated, and still no responses....perhaps AI driven and No One is real. Disappointing that this is just another scam. Is there any app genuinely providing an only way to meet your partner.???

I was contacted by many beautiful and intelligent ladies on J4Meet.comand they turned out to be real. Every time a beautiful woman wrote to me on Elite Singles, her profile was no longer to be found when I tried to write her back. All other interactions came to an abrupt end when I was asked for money. Is this what you call elite? With premium subscription you're supposed to be able to contact anyone you like, but it reality it doesn't work like this: free members won't be able to reply. Anyway here is my verdict on Elite Singles: it's a huge time-waster, a hoax, and a giant money-vacuum.

If I could give it ZERO stars I would. I signed up for an account, created my profile, added photos, and then viewed one person. I liked them and then a big messaged popped up saying "Access to your account has been blocked". NO CLUE AS TO WHY THIS HAPPENED. I received NO verification prompt. So I emailed support and they said "I'm not eligible to use their service at this time". What kind of CROCK of garbage is THAT????? There is ZERO way to resolve this.I would stay away from this site at all costs.

Tried Elite Singles in an attempt to meet higher caliber gentlemen (college educated with fairly successful careers matching my journey). Foolish mistake to think that all dating sites are not equal...they are the same. The site does not verify the members. The free version is useless as no communication can occur. You are limited by the number of likes and unable to communicate or know if the person you like responded. The like disappears. I noticed some of the same Ai generated profiles on Elite Singles that I saw on Match.com. Leaves me to ponder if they are one in the same. The guys were mostly not my type. Many were unemployed and/or did not have a college education. I did not venture into sinking any funds into this rabbit hole as it was very apparent I would be throwing it away. At first blush, Elite Singles is no different than the other money grabbing dating sites. Low options, high price, limited opportunity to find a match, full of Ai and scammers.....rather disappointing.

Also the fact that you cannot send messages unless there is a mutual like. This is almost like Tinder where it is free to messages when there is a mutual like

I am a new subscriber to elite singles. They have recently revised their website and while it presents as more modern it was so much better before. You cannot make choices to limit your preferences as before. Some options remain to allow you to be specific but other options that really matter to limit potential choices are now removed. The choices are more general which increases the selections made by the website but in reality is not what you wanted. If I was not aware of the old selection options then this would not bother me so much. What does bother me is the large amount of obvious fake profiles that have AI type pictures or multiple profiles of the same person in different pictures but using different names, ages and profile information. You are able to block those profiles when you discoverer they must be fake and possible scammers looking to get you. Credit must be given for the ability to block and report these people as you find the fake profiles but the fact that there are so many it indicates there must be too many for elite singles software technicians to track and remove. Overall my experience has not been great but I am newer to dating sites. Just disappointed but I may be learning that this is how dating sites are. Clearly their are many fake profiles, and profiles with limited to no information and so many, profiles of people listing their age but the pictures are of people multiple years and possibly a decade or more younger. This leads you to think they too are fake profiles. Many leave their profiles blank so I wonder how are they being matched to me unless it is just random selection by the website software. Price is high for the low quality of service provided. I most likely will not renew my subscription. Thanks for reading. 1 star out of 5.

Most prospects had no photos
Most prospects they presented to me had no photos. One day I logged in and all were blank. I paid for the first month to see if I would like the service before committing longer term. I definitely wasted my money as I checked daily and rarely saw any profiles with photos. Or the prospects did not meet my selected preferences. Disappointing. Customer service was not helpful and I wish I could have gotten my money back. I’ve never left a negative review so I do caution anyone considering the service. I wasted $65 and a month of swiping time. I wouldn’t want anyone else to have the experience I had. 😞

They send many outside your preferences, and recently went to a Tinder like format, almost a swipe right or left thing. I had interest in only a few, and they all lived out of town. I was also surprised to find that they are part of other online dating sites I specifically shoes not to add my profile to, and most I spoke to were not on Elite Singles.

I have been a member of Elite singles in Australia for some years-enjoying the higher educational standards and worldly experience and sophistication-that was a feature of its members then. I was also a member of 'Silver Singles' this company's second site-until I discovered the folk on 'silver singles' were seeing the duplication of all pictures and data from the Elite site!! I wrote to the company complaining but received a curt reply saying that 'I had agreed to the terms and conditions!' At that time I thought by resigning from Silver Singles I was getting double the exposure!The Company's recent site design changes has revealed it however as totally unscrupulous-as it now posts hundreds of past members profiles in an attempt to beguile you into thinking it has a huge data base -do not use this company it is scurrilous and trades illegally!
