I ordered 11 30ml bottles from ejuicevapor.com and only received 6 of them with no credit given for the 5 missing bottles.I called the phone number and the voicemail is not taking any calls. The I responded to the e-mail from ejuicevapor that my order was shipped, but it was sent back to me by microsoft undeliverable. I went ahead and then e-mailed the e-mail address given on the website and the same thing happened, it was sent back to me as undeliverable.Save your money and time, do not order from ejuicevapor.com

I order three bottles of vape juice because you can no longer purchase it in stores in california. Even though I payed for first class shipping it still took over a week to arrive and when it did it was an incomplete order. I only received two of the three bottles. After sending multiple emails to inquire about my third bottle, here I am days later with no correspondence back. DONT LET THEM RIP YOU OFF!!!!! They don't give a crap about customer service, just the money they can steal from you. Have a great day.

Stay away from these scammers they will literally change your entire order and they will even change your order form so you can't contest what they send you. I ordered 3 vapes and 2 CBD carts and 3 different nic salt. I was sent 1 vape with the coils that were for a completely different vape and 3 nic salt 2 of which I didn't order and are so disgusting you can't smoke it. It literally tastes like burning hair and nuts ruined my last pod and coil until I can get new ones. Sent several messages and heard nothing from them I have a screenshot of the amount and order number but not the actual content of my original items but what they sent me adds up to 60$ my order was 82$ but they don't care obviously. Stay away from these scammers oh and they didn't send the right delta cbd vapes either.

Unethical company. Shop at your own risk!I almost did not order after reading their refund/return policies which makes returns nearly impossible plus anything on sale is non-refundable anyway. The policies are annoying but ethical since they are up front but what I received was underhanded.I ordered 6 bottles of juice that were on sale (so no returns) and upon receiving them I first noticed the dark brownish color of the liquid (normally this juice is a bright pale yellow) In checking the expiration date I found that it had been rubbed off… all 6 bottles! So I cannot use this product and they don’t offer refunds… I just got cheated out of my money!

I've ordered from them several times, never had any issues. Mostly just juice but have gotten a couple devices on clearance with some parts and kratom once. Always get what I pay for. Guessing most of the people that are unhappy go looking online for possible issues with the company and post bad reviews here as a result.

I have given Ejuice a few great reviews because I have always received my product on time never once has it been late and I have been ordering from them for 2 1/2 years and I still get the frosted flakes which is my favorite I've seen so many negative comments about returns And they say they can never reach anyone........wellI I had a mistake on my order and I have to say they got back to me extremely fast which I was shocked they asked me to take a picture of the product They offered me a refund which I turn down and ask for them to send out what I initially was getting even though I ordered it over again to be honest with you I've never had better service so I find it hard to believe that anyone who says that they had a bad experience it truly blows me away my issue was solved in less than a week and a half and today I got my product so for anyone new who wants to buy’s from Ejuice Form your own opinion there's a lot of people that are haters and they just like giving bad reviews I seriously have never had one problem with this place it's always been professional and top quality products consistently. The WORST customer service ever. This company DOES NOT stand behind products that arrive DEFECTIVE. They will take your money but they won't replace defective merchandise. How is this even humanly possible in this day and age? I have never encountered such a shocking disregard for the customer. I have taken my business elsewhere and advise you to do the same. Otherwise when that defective pen arrives you'll be out the $10 that they will refuse to reimburse you for. UNBELIEVABLE

I have ordered from these guys for over a year and I would never use anyone else. I only buy salt nic and replacement coils, but have never had any thing worse than my card being credited when a juice sells out before my order ships. They take a day or two to get the order shipped but three business days is always the maximum wait. No idea why others have gone through hell, but i wouldn't shop online anywhere else.

This is the worst site that i have ever dealt with! I called to cancel an order and they only took off one item. When i got charged for the package that i cancelled i called the "customer service " number and after about 5 calls in a female answered the phone and basically called me a liar that i didnt cancel the order.i only cancelled one item. I knew i was dealing with idiot's. I told the female about this and she again calles me a liar. She told me that i only cancelled one item. She refuses to give me a refund. She is one miserable witch! She also said that she is the only person that deals with customer service and there is not a manager or any other person to speak to! I will be reporting this company to the BBB and anyone else that i can! I would love to see this company close their doors for good!

Worst company I have ever dealt with. I paid $10 for 2 days shipping a week later tracking is still showing that just a label has been created. I sent multiple emails and get no answer. Called a few times, finally got someone on the phone and all she told me was that that is just an estimated shipping, it should be between 2-4 days, I explained that obviously it has been past the 4 days so please refund my shipping. She refused to refund my shipping or cancel my order. Claiming some BS about how USPS works and how they wont do anything until the 7 business days. I work customer service for an online retailer, I know exactly how this works, and what they are trying to say is a load of crap. I was not cussing the lady out nor screaming, I was rationally trying to get my shipping refunded and she hung up on me. I called back a few times and they did not answer the phone. This is the absolute worst company ever. I will never order anything from them again. I am disputing the charge on my bank, because this is a scam. I am also going to let everyone i know to never order from them. No surprise that you can't write a review on their website or facebook page.
