No 5k in 2025 :(
I work as a graphic designer. Amazing quality but pixel pitch is so low. I don’t understand why in 2025 EIZO monitors are not 5k! Dear Eizo, please introduce 5k ColorEdge monitors! I am your loyal customer.

As a support organisation behind their products, Eizo recently showed themselves to be reliable. As with friends, you often really see their worth when you need their help.The self-calibrating monitor I use for image processing (and everything else) recently misbehaved. I called Eizo; we established that it was outside its 5-year warranty, so I wasn’t going to get a courtesy monitor, but I was invited to send it in. For speed, I delivered it personally. In the days that followed, I was kept aware of what was happening and within a week, it was delivered back to me, working well and without a bill.There were 2 tiny red stars attached to the monitor's frame front, from a friend, that I overlooked when I delivered it for repair. When it came back, there was a small plastic bag attached to base, containing the stars. Its the little things...
The monitor is great. Even more impressive is their customer support even when the problem is not Eizo's. For example when Apple has an update it messes up other programs. Eizo's customer service will literally spend hours with you trying to fix the issue, and as I said even when it is not Eizo's doing. The best customer service on the planet.
