I bought a sole e95 elliptical of Mc Sport Dublin. The machine after 2 weeks started making noise coming from the foot rest, I got into Mc Sport who where excellent and sent a technician out and fixed the issue, however after a short time the noise came back, and Dyrco refused to address the issue and would not help Mc Sport, they where saying theMachine is on carpet ir not on a level surface, all of which was not true.In the end I got rid of the Sole machine and went with a Nordic Track and have to say a far better machine.Mc Sport Dublin did their best but Dyrco were no help

This company is the UK supplier for Sole exercise equipment. I have contacted them by email and phone but never got any reply. Sole headquarters has washed their hands of the matter.

An abysmal company
An abysmal company. I bought a Sole elliptical and paid for an install. These clowns sent out a guy who fled after an hour telling me I’d have to contact the manufacturer. That’s the company he works for! By then he’d installed components back to front and dropped screws in the flywheel. They subsequently screwed fixing it when it inevitably broke and never stuck to one date or promise. Six months of hassle because of this terrible company. Stunning how useless they are.

Total lack of customer service
Total lack of customer service. Waited over a month for an engineer who then incorrectly diagnosed the fault with the machine, then turned up with the wrong parts and subsequently left the machine in a worse state. Lot of money and time wasted. Will never use this brand again.

I have been waiting for someone to respond to my email regarding the treadmill i purchased but was delivered faulty. Im not ready to wait for any longer and want this machine to be taken back

Fantastic service-well done! I own a gym and Dyaco are my ‘go to’ company for any machines we need. My ‘person’ is always prompt to answer my calls/emails and if I’ve needed a service visit it has been arranged super fast keeping the gym in tip top condition!

I cannot rave enough about the customer service that this business provides for me. 2 times I have had a part fail on a machine and they have dispatched it to me the next working day. I am more than happy to fix the machine myself during Coronavirus times and they always support me.

Dyaco ides behind the poor support of their subsidiaries and let's the OEMs take the bad rap
Dyaco is a huge fitness company that sells under many brands and is almost a monopoly. They make decent machines with horrible support. What you will learn is they OEM to many other brands and those brands rely on Spirt for their support here in the US. Spirit support is awful. You call and wait on hold forever and then when you get someone they ask you to email info. You send the email and never hear back from them. They have no incentive to provide good support on the gear the OEM to other brands since you blame the brand maker you purchased from. For a US based support organization it ranks worse than many offshore support organizations. I have been fighting for 3 months to get my 4 month old treadmill fixed. What good is a 3 year warranty if they don't honor it. And they can blame covid all day long, poor planning and not stocking repair parts is not a covid issue, it is a company issue made worse by Covid. Dyaco goes unblemished as they hide behind the brand selling the OEM gear as well as Spirt's bad support.
