Poor communication!
Placed an order on 23/11/2010 for some items on their shoping list. After almost 4 months I still dont have them. Only contact has been instigated by myself with the promise it will be in at a promised date (never comes) or I can have a refund. Finally decided to give them the flick and get my money back. More than happy to take your money.....just not keep you informed!!!
