besides all the ethical concerns this brand has the customer service is bullshit. my order was over a month late and i didnt get any discount or help. They often have qualitity issues like glue stains. All refunds are after you shipped it back on your own money and only in store credit. that is literally illegal in the EU but they dont care.cute designs but only buy secound hand, vinted is great for that

I recently ordered a Sugar Thrillz House mini skirt from Dolls Kill, and unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing.The item was described on the website as a black vegan leather mini skirt with adjustable buckles, and the photos (including the model photos) clearly showed that design. I also paid for shipping since my order didn’t meet the $100 minimum for free shipping.When my package arrived, I received a completely different skirt — blue with white polka dots and lace. It looked nothing like the product shown online.I contacted customer service, and they initially claimed I received what I ordered. I had to send screenshots proving that what was displayed on their website was entirely different from what I received. After explaining the discrepancy, my only option was to receive a refund in the form of store credit — and I was still expected to pay the return fee.It’s frustrating to be charged for returning an item that was not my mistake. Customers shouldn’t have to pay out of pocket to correct a company’s error.While Dolls Kill carries unique designs and eye-catching styles, the quality control, shipping process, and return policy feel unreasonable. If you’re not a frequent shopper who is comfortable with store credit, I would recommend shopping elsewhere.Unfortunately, this experience felt more like dealing with a fast fashion retailer than a brand that stands behind its products.

incomplete order and nothing to make up for it
I ordered a Halloween costume that came incomplete. The description clearly stated the costume came with leg warmers. I emailed the dolls kill customer service team and was met with unreasonable demands. Was told I need to return the costume before they would give me any compensation. I asked for a return label and was told I needed to pay for one. Even though they explained it had to be returned before they could do anything for me. After about 20 emails back and forth, I gave up trying to get a refund or any type of compensation. I recommend ordering off a better site. Dollskill have been known for terrible advertising and racist slogans.they have also been boycotted by the rave community for it. Plzzzz pick a better place to spend your money.

I had a really frustrating experience with Dolls Kill. UPS delivered my order to the wrong address, and while Dolls Kill did send a replacement, that’s where the good service ended.When my girlfriend didn’t like the boots, I attempted to exchange them. Dolls Kill refused unless I sent back both the replacement pair and the original pair that UPS lost. How am I supposed to return something I never received?This policy is completely unreasonable and shows a lack of accountability and common sense. Be careful ordering from them — if something goes wrong with shipping, you may be stuck.

Never buy here!!This is by far one of the worst places I ordered from. The quality is bad, the customer service is slow, the customer treatment is awful. I bought two items, one was too small and one was low quality, so I asked for a return with a refund. They only offer store credit, they don't give you your money back. So whatever you pay, stays with them forever. I had to pay for the shipping myself and I live in Europe, so it was 57€. Not only I had to send it myself, I had for it myself, and I will never get the money back, I had to email them myself to finish the process. The return was delivered at 21st January and I didn't hear from them for over a week, so on February 3rd I emailed them showing all the screenshots proving delivery. Then I had to wait 3-4 business days to receive an answer. And only then they approved my return and issued store credit. I am so disappointed and infuriated by this website

Ordered from them the first time no problems with postage but had to pay to return items fair enough. They gave me credit note. After they finally had somethings in stock I liked I used the credit note and now after ordering on 7th Jan I still have no information about where the parcel is as it’s at a collection point but no idea where that is as there’s a surcharge which I don’t mind paying at this point, but I didn’t have to the first time I ordered and it came straight my address, no issues. They use DHL ecommerce that has no customer direct line to talk to somebody it’s all automated and the 2 guys I spoke to at dhl at a different department said I need to contact the company I ordered from. It’s now 2nd Feb and still no update on my order and this company is taking days to reply to my emails but can still send emails about new stock they have in etc.My order was around £180 and it’s just getting ignored. I wouldn’t order from this company again.

Faulty Items and AI Customer Service
I ordered some combat boots that arrived in November. By January they are unusable with the platform completely separating from the sole. I e-mailed them and got an immediate response, which I then realised was AI. It refused to refund or replace them as they were purchased outside of the 30 day window. I’ve worn these shoes about 6 times.

Terrible order fulfillment
Terrible customer service. Items paid for and not shipped are just forgotten. Customer service says they are working hard to complete the order (probably a bot) but after 3 weeks I’ve lost patience. Update: after many emails a month later I was given a refund. I think there probably short handed in shipping and customer service leading to items missing and slow resolution. Used to be fast shipping and great customer service. No more.

Avoid shopping with this company at all costs. They don’t offer refunds! Even when paying with a debit card, their only option is to receive a gift card to the store. This tactic is designed to encourage you to make another purchase, even if you’re dissatisfied with the poor quality of the merchandise. Their customer service is nonexistent. Attempting to contact them through social media is a waste of time. This company is a scam, and the shoes they sell are impossible to wear. The value of the products I’ve received is extremely terrible.

Scummy company who will lie about things to anyone you submit a dispute to. Said my account was blocked due to an "outstanding balance." This is just a flat out lie. I submitted a dispute to my card because their customer service told me to tough luck about a legitimate issue with their payment processing. Tried to take my money and give a gift card when I deserved a monetary refund. After a month of dealing with horrible customer service, I finally got a resolution. Now they are trying to deduct a shipping fee from my return even though it was not specified when selecting a return option or by the person "helping me" that this would be deducted. They pointed me to some random ToS page, even though the return was being authorized by a real human being for a monetary refund. They can go ahead and "block my account". They would be doing me a massive favor.

Definitely my last time shopping with this brand, don’t know why I risked it with all the bad reviews going around. Somehow I get blamed and punished for DollsKill packing and sending the incorrect size product but if I had shipment protection they’d treat me better? Shipping wasn’t the problem if you’re sending the wrong size to begin with. Wish I actually got what I paid for but I guess I did in some ways with the poor reasoning and behind helping me correct their mistake. Wish I never got the package to begin with, now I have to look at something I’ll never be able to wear and wonder wtf am I gonna do with this perfectly fine snowsuit.

I would not be able to review anything from the store as I have never received my orders. I placed an order on 11/11/2025. They have provided me two tracking numbers from third party carriers. I have every email. I requested a a refund after the first non delivery and was told that they can not provide proof of delivery. That an investigation would be initiated and it never was. Here we are on delivery number two and upon a false delivery and requesting a refund, customer service has asked me to accept a 70% refund for receiving nothing due to the, “loses suffered by the store.” My home has 24/7 cameras and unfortunately I will be filing a police report on Monday for my stolen money. PLEASE do not allow them to do this to you.

Bought my daughter’s Christmas present from this company. She did not like one of the pairs of pants. The company charged for the return but gave us a gift card for the rest. No refunds allowed to your original payment method. My daughter found another pair of pants that she wanted, and we placed an order. An hour later she found a dress. I went to the site to modify the order and discovered that I couldn’t. An order placed an hour before is unable to be canceled or modified. Worst customer service ever. If we hadn’t had a gift card I couldn’t spend any place else, I wouldn’t be spending money for the next item. If they had allowed me to modify the order, it is likely we would’ve bought at least two more items. Since we could not, we bought one more item to use up the gift card and we won’t be shopping there again. The garbage answer the customer representative gave me an hour after I placed first order was the order was already processed …. This was at 9 o’clock at night so the “processing” is just the computer placed an order speak. Modifying the order on their part could’ve easily been taken care of with a few clicks and there would have been a happy customer instead of one who won’t be back.
