Great service and prices!!!
Hey all, it’s been a decade plus since I scuba dived but back now and had to order most necessities. Needed a warmer suit so a 3mm Henderson shorty was it. Thought I was a large so after a struggle with it, had to exchange it for an XL. Much more comfortable. The DipnDive team were awesome. Quick service and replacement! A+++ I’ve replaced a few items with them now and been very happy with selections and their Customer Service! A+++ Headed for Roatan! Thank you DipnDive for your great prices and service!!!

Everything I ordered arrived on time, in perfect shape and good to go! I can't wait to use my smartphone housing on my upcoming trip to Lembeh Straits and Triton Bay...jealous much? I would be!

Getting the parts I paid for efficiently.
What made my experience good was I had previously ordered the same Puc Pro dive computer parts from a competitor who advertised the same parts for a little cheaper. After it was in the mail the competitor contacted me to inform me the back cover was not included. So I contacted y’all and I received what I paid for. I think I was ‘Trumped’. Down in Texas being ‘Trumped’ means you didn’t get what you paid for.

Ordered what I thought was a deal. Shipping label was made soon after. Never shipped. Contacted company. Said it was going to ship. Waited another week. Never shipped. Contacted company. No response. Still waiting. Probably going to mark the purchase as fraud with my card company and relay issue to BBB.
