od mojego zwrotu minelo juz 2,5 miesiaca a srodkow nadal nie otrzymalam. po wystawieniu opini firma sie ze mną skontaktowala zeby ,,rozwiazac problem” i co? i nic, nadal nie otrzymalam zwrotu srodkow tylko mnie zbywaja smiesznymi wiadomosciami. szczerze odradzam zakupy w tej firmie abyscie nie stracili pieniedzy tak jak ja:/It's been 2.5 months since my return, and I still haven't received my refund. After leaving a review, the company contacted me to "solve the problem," and nothing happened. I still haven't received my refund; they're just brushing me off with ridiculous messages. I strongly advise against shopping with this company so you don't lose your money like I did.

I absolutely love everything I own!

I absolutely love everything I own from this brand! I have two watches, two bracelets, and a ring — and each piece has beautiful design and consistently great quality. The sizes are always exactly as expected, which I really appreciate.Everything feels stylish, well-made, and timeless. I finally found pieces that I wear every single day. Customer support is amazing — they always reply quickly and are very helpful. Delivery has always been smooth and hassle-free.I even placed another order today — I just couldn’t resist 🤍

Product never received or refunded

I ordered a product at the end of December 2025. I couldn’t pick up the product from the access point because the delivery company never sent me a pick-up code.After many efforts to communicate and resolve the issue, I haven’t received any feedback yet.I would definitely not buy again any product from Daniel Wellington. They have not delivered the product to me and they have not refunded either.

Refund not getting initiated for all the products returned.

I returned 3 products together 2 watches and a strap same day same time but only got mail for refund initiation of a watch and a strap and till now I didn't got my refund initiated for the watch infact the day I received the product that day only I placed the return request because I didn't liked the product and kept other products the I liked.But now I am facing soo much issue because call is not landing to the customer support and after a long hold getting disconnected, there's no reply on Instagram and mail also.Refund my money now with further delay.

This product was advertised as a silver Ring

This product was advertised as a silver ring, but after minimal wear it left clear green marks on my finger — something that should not happen with proper silver jewelry. I provided photo evidence, yet customer support ignored the issue and only repeated their return policy without addressing the material quality concern. Extremely disappointing product and even worse customer service. I would not recommend buying from this seller.

This is the second time I’ve had issues…

This is the second time I’ve had issues with Daniel Wellington. I bought a watch strap that I did not realise was the wrong size for my partner’s watch. I’m within the 30 days to get a refund, I have requested the return but when I click on the link, it goes to an error page every time. I emailed them about this and haven’t heard from them in over a week. I’ve also DM’d them on Instagram as they commented and requested I do so and they have ignored that too. After the experience my partner had with this company and now this, I shall never buy from them again and will tell friends and family to avoid too. I’m not sure how such a well known brand could be such a scam?!

Refund request deliberately ignored

Wrong item delivered. I was told the correct item would only be sent after the return is received and assessed, which takes a significant amount of time.This was a gift, so I requested either a faster replacement or a refund.They respond immediately to all other enquiries, but every refund-related request is deliberately ignored.It is a clear pattern of selective response. Unethical, unprofessional, and unacceptable customer service.I would strongly advise others not to purchase from this company.

Extremely disappointed with their quality and more importantly terrible service

Extremely disappointed with their service. I've always had Daniel Wellington watches and loved them. Now I don't trust the company at all. I received a ring as a Christmas present, within 2 weeks the green stone fell out - probably poor quality now that I've seen their lack of care for providing any help.I used the form on the website to explain what happened in hopes of resolving this with a new ring or a refund. Got one response from "Jerika" which seemed almost automated as she just asked me for a bunch of info I already provided rather than acknowledging the issue. However, I provided her with the info requested, no response. Few days later I put in another form for the same issue, no response. Few more days, I emailed both Daniel Wellington emails shown online explaining this, no response. Its now been 2 weeks since first contact so I can see they have no interest in keeping long term clients happy. Save yourself this hassle and buy elsewhere.

Ordered two beautiful rings to wear together-one white gold and the other rose gold. Unfortunately there was a slight sizing discrepancy so had to return them. John sorted it all out and the refund has been instituted. Thank you

I was honestly shocked when I read some of the negative reviews here.I personally own four Daniel Wellington watches, and I truly love this brand. Every watch I have is elegant, timeless, and easy to wear both daily and for special occasions.For me, Daniel Wellington represents affordable elegance — clean design, minimalistic style, and great value for the price. If I had unlimited money, of course I would look at luxury brands like Cartier — but in terms of style and simplicity, Daniel Wellington gives me that same elegant feeling without being over the top.My experiences with the watches and the customer service have been very positive, and I will definitely continue buying from this brand.Sometimes people forget that not everything has to be expensive to be beautiful. I highly recommend Daniel Wellington.

Excellent designs, but terrible post purchase support for a watch company

Poor products for a watch companyI've bought two watches, both great designs. But the watch bands are way too small for Australian sized normal bodies. Have requested to purchase longer straps/additional links, Daniel Wellington do not make them - even for current stock. This is a watch company, and not having additional links in the boxes is absurd. They insisted extra links are in the boxes, I bought 2 from 2 different retailers, no links in the boxes. That is not coincidental. Would have been happy to pay for a replacement watch band, not possible. Buyer be ware. Great design but good luck getting it to fit. DW need to make products that can actually be worn by Australians.

Extremely poor refund handling and customer service

I placed an order with Daniel Wellington in November and refused delivery of one of the watches. I was informed that my refund had already been processed, however to date I still have not received it.Despite providing my order number multiple times and responding to every email request, the matter remains unresolved. I later discovered that another delivery was accepted while I was away, which I immediately reported and made available for collection so the refund could be fast-tracked yet no courier has been arranged and no clear communication has been provided.I have followed up repeatedly by email and have received either no response or generic replies with no action. I am now sitting with the product in my possession and no refund, months after the original purchase.This has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I have had. I am simply asking for what I am owed the refund for a returned product but I have had to chase this for weeks with no resolution.I would appreciate Daniel Wellington urgently arranging the collection of the parcel and processing my refund without further delay.

Ordered the wrong straps for my watch

Ordered the wrong straps for my watch. Immediately contacted the support and we communicated through everything, so I ordered the new straps in the right size and they issued a refund on my firat wrong order! Big thanks to Jazz from DW! Very supportive and nice communication!

Return of Goods

I ordered something that didn't quite turn out how I thought it would. I emailed them that very night and I got a response early the next morning. Literally by afternoon my issue was resolved. Response time is great! I'm Really happy with the customer service, the agent who was helping me was the best.

Good luck trying to get a response out of them if literally anything at all goes wrong with your purchase. I’ve been emailing them daily begging for an update since the 28th of December with no response. Tried opening a new ticket and it immediately got closed and delighted to the same useless person who’s “handling” my inquiry.

Unacceptable customer service

I have been trying to contact this company regarding 2 issues since 27th & 29th December. One item faulty and the other I require a longer strap for a watch. After a long wait I am now being told that a faulty item a bracelet does not come under warranty (30 days). A faulty item is a faulty item should surely be replaced. I have explained both items were Christmas gifts and I am therefore very disappointed in this bad customer service and have not received a reply regarding the second issue of watch strap. Overall very disappointing Cannot believe that I completed the forms now 4 times and as instructed by the reply below sent. However nothing received but more emails asking me to complete the same form over and over. I need replacement bracelet as the original is faulty product. Not sure how many forms I need to complete for this to be understood and replacement sorted.

A small handful of days over the return…

A small handful of days over the return period I politely asked for an exchange for an unused item. Not a refund. I never heard back despite sending 4 emails. Then after trying a US email I was redirected to a UK team who told me to contact another UK team who also haven’t responded. 2 weeks and zero support. Bizarre. Will never use again.
