This company is an absolute joke. They never respond, they ignore every message, and they offer no help whatsoever with returns. It’s unbelievable how a business can take your money and then completely vanish when you need support. At this point, it straight-up feels like a scam. I’m furious I wasted my time and money with them. Avoid this company at all costs.
Received product that did not fit my Trek bike and got no response to two emails to customer support. Their phone number is not in service. Do not use this company!
Ordered a air tag bike mount hidden item. Cheap piece of plastic fir a ludicrous price. Wanted to return it. Never got a reply from the company. Absolute shitshow. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEN!
Like others have said: Totally unresponsive. Sent wrong front & rear mud guard AND it had missing parts. Phone calls and emails seem to go no place. Wish I had read reviews before I threw my money away.Should be zero stars
I bought an accessory for my e-bike. The accessory did not fit my bike and I requested a return authorization using their email contact information.After getting no reply I tried a few more times and left a voicemail on their customer service phone line. Unfortunately,It was only after getting no responses that I checked reviews for this company. I have always checked reviews before ordering from a new company, but I didn’t this time.After reading the other reviews on Trustpilot and seeing that they have an F rating at BBB,I realized that I was most likely stuck with a useless item and am out $39.95.
The only reason I gave him one star is I couldn't go any lower. Avoid this company at all cost. They have no interest in fulfilling orders or contacting anyone concerning an order. Emailed many times left many messages. No one ever answers the phone avoid this company.
I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered 2 Saddles supposedly for a Specialized cycle ! When they arrived they were the cheapest saddles you could ever find .I immediately sent a email and used the websites response form and have done every day for 3 weeks with not one reply!DO NOT USE THEM

Parts advertised as specific to manufacturer of bike are generic and poor quality. They don't fit my bike. Despite website's returns policy, unable to get them to respond to my request for a return authorization. This has all the hallmarks of a scam, avoid at all costs.
Sent wrong item and will not respond to emails. Will see if bank can refund. Do not use
I bought a trainer from them which, from all indications would fit my bike. It does not. I have emailed them at least 8 times over the past few weeks (following their protocol for returns) and they have yet to respond. If this is their M.O., they suck. I spent $180 for this trainer and now I’m going to be stuck with it because they don’t seem to be able to stand behind their business enough to support a client.Would NEVER recommend them for anything and plan on calling out their sorry asses on any and all social media platforms so others won’t get duped by their pathetic business practices.
I received the mudguards in reasonable time, who knows from where? They are of extremely poor quality so I wanted to return them but no response to my emails or phone call. Must be a scam DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM
I purchased exact same cover from amazon only last week , the difference being you charged 33 pound and amazon only charged 7.99. Take the money and run because you you certainly won't be getting any more from me .
Bought some mudguards which arrived in a timely fashion. They snapped a day or two after first use and despite numerous efforts to contact them no response. Just wish I had read the other reviews before purchasing! DO NOT USE
I ordered 22.2 mm aero bars from them and was sent the wrong ones. The don’t fit my bike and after multiple attempts to contact them I have not heard back. This place is a scam. I am going to file a complaint with my bank. DO NOT BUY. I wish I would’ve looked into it more.
They advertised that a piece would fit my specific bike, and it did not. I have not been able to get in contact with them for the life of me to try to return it. I have called maybe 10 times and sent around 10 emails.
Effectively a scam. I tried to contact them before I purchased but all I got was an email saying checkout not completed. I always check before I actually buy.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. I agree with other comments about cheap products being sold as genuine spares
Buyer be aware! This is a scam. They falsely advertise generic products as branded (bike seat FOR Bianchi bike-it states it is Bianchi in description), however it is a generic seat, way overpriced, if you search other brands, the same seat comes up under a different description (Trek, Raleigh etc). Also available on Amazon for 1/3 the price. They send the product, do not respond to any phone calls or emails requesting a cancellation or return. They only communicated via PayPal, calling me a liar. Through dispute resolution via PayPal they offered a return, with shipping address in Australia (original package came from Brooklyn). The return policy on the website offers full returns with prepaid shipping label, however they did not send one. I will not pay for shipping the seat to Australia to maybe get my money back. It has been a frustrating process, stuck with a cheap seat I can not return and sixty dollars out.
Noooo!!!! Why didn’t I check TP first?!!! Like most other people here I too was ripped off by this company. Bought a pair of grips & bar ends advertised as ‘high quality’ and got some cheap crappy plastic grips with tiny bar ends that were pointless - I didn’t even try to fit them & had to pay out to my local cycle shop for some as well. I contacted this company within 30 days as per their returns policy and got absolutely no reply to that or to the second email I sent.I so wish I’d gone here first as I normally do when buying from a new online company and really hope people check these reviews and don’t buy from these cowboys.
as with everyone else here i didn't properly check trust pilot for this scam of a company. I ordered a Cannondale bike rack which doesn't fit my bike and has no instructions have sent three emails and no reply. I am about to report to consumer protection.
