Worthington Christian Church of Worthington, MN had a fantastic experience with Akon Curtains. Eric Lee was our customer representative, he worked with us with courtesy and made the project a huge success. Eric and Akon were very easy to work with. They answered every question we had and there were a lot of questions on our end. The curtain was a challenge for everyone involved and, in the end, it turned out fabulous. We used the polyester fabric, and it drapes so well. Looks amazing. In fact, it looks so good that some of the congregation did not even notice that it was there. The delivery was very fast, too. We would recommend Akon Curtain to anyone who needs a room divider. Thank You for the amazing service.

Fantastic Customer Service
Your employee, Robert Baldwin kept in contact with me several times letting me know the status of the order and even getting the order out a little faster than originally promised. Has to be some of the best customer service I've ever received anywhere! We're purchased lift table skirts from your company several times in the past and will be buying more in the future especially with great customer service such as what we received from Robert!

Order from someone else
If you are looking for curtain tarps for your patio that need to be fairly square and sized within their limits, I Would definitely go elsewhere. If you are looking for something that can be off measurements, not square than order away. Thankfully I made a part order as a test per say. Would definitely not order from here again, and good luck to you. Nothing against their customer service, but this company with out any doubts needs better production abilities and for sure better QA.

Akon Customer Services
Akon, went well beyond our expectations to make sure our order was corrected and just as we ordered. we had a Zipper issue arrive due to cold weather shrinkage of the PVC material which caused a rip at the Zipper seam, instead of a repair fix, Akon just sent us a new Curtain all together. We wasn't expecting them to send a New Custom Curtain but they did. That is true dedicated service to their customers. I.m sure we will order more and can recommend Akon for business. Thank you Erica !!

Can’t Complain too much- Overall happy
1st - 5 stars order received less than 10 days from order date2nd - 5 Stars you get exactly what you order per website instructions on ordering3rd - 3 Stars company responsive initially. Might be AI, might not. In think I had both. Had questions regarding order when placed, AI or “person” said “production” would confirm order before filling, and would be able to make changes, if need be, at that time. Apparently cannot cancel or change order once placed, but can change pre production when “production” contacts to confirm measurements. I was not contacted, so I could not either get confirmation or change my order. Luckily, my measurements worked out due to the “+/- 1”” warning. Otherwise I would have been screwed. My order was +1”, which worked out almost perfect. So beware4th - 4 stars. Quality. It is what it is. Decent quality material, but tarp was out of square by 1/2”, only was issue because I should have ordered 1” bigger, and since out of square was a challenge to mount the way I needed. I realized my mistake after I placed order, and back to #3, I was expecting confirmation call from preproduction as my email contact said I would receive and could make chnges then. Again no call, received order 10 days after order.5th and lastly, I will use this company gain for sure. Know that I know how to work through the order process and what to expect

The customer serice was exemplary
The customer serice was exemplary. This includes a quick turnaround on the quote, assistance in ordering the curtains that I wanted, and a very detailed order confirmation document. In addition, I got personal attention regarding leadtime and a delivery date as well as status updates. Kudos for their commitment to customer satisfaction.
