Great fitness community in Amersham
Although very new to Amersham, CrossFit Chiltern is already proving to be a great place to workout, train and see results. The sessions are always scaled to meet each person's ability and the great thing about it is its small group training so you really benefit from one-to-one coaching. Love the fact that everyone supports each other and it really feels like a close community already.
