However, we can only do so when we have accurate contact information on file. Our goal is always to provide professional, respectful service to every applicant.------------------Your harassment has been going on for a month. You're still sending me offer letters. harassing offer every week 3 days a week
I've talked to them on the phone 10 times and emailed them 10 times, but they don't understand. They keep sending . And this has been going on for months. I've never seen such a shortsighted and disgraceful company in America.EDIT;11/17/2025They started sending out offer papers this week, as they do every week.~~~ I've never seen such a characterless company in US, and I've had enough of this shamelessness.Instead of making an explanation, remove me and my address from your system, I don't know how you got hold of me. My credit reports are frozen. I did not apply anywhere. I can't even reach you through your email address. I sent 150 emails and you didn't respond to a single one. Write me an email address where I can reach you and I will send you the pictures of the ridiculous offers you sent. I am saving them all.

Danielle was extremely pleasant to talk with. Most notably, she wasn't pushy. She was genuinely interested in providing a solution that would work for me. Should I decide in the future to look into a loan, or debt consolidation, she will be the one I will contact for sure!
