A trusted team
Once again, the crew at Cory's quickly diagnosed the issue with my car and presented me with additional video evidence. A trusted team who even found time to tighten my handbrake cable. I will use them again.

Brilliant and very professional service, this will now be my garage for any repairs or servicing whenever I’m in Rugby. Highly recommended.
Very friendly staff, job very well done. Above and beyond. Will definitely return
Totally rip off!! Went in for MOTand service, they failed my car on MOTstating major defects and lots of parts to be replaced. They quote me £1.900 for parts and labour for something that cost me 3 times less buying somewhere else. Also took my car to another garage and the car passed the MOT with no major defects or advisories, have only changed a spring coil. More than that they quote initially the major service cheaper than other services just to found out they don't include the fuel filter within so I have to pay another £100 extra. They act nicely and pretend being GOd saviours but they only want to take advantage of every person, especially women and rip them off. We were 3 women at the garage and all 3 cars failed MOT with major defects to repair (bad news ladies, bad news). Please, avoid at all costs! And I totally think their 5 stars reviews are fake. DON'T RECOMMEND!!!
Excellent service and a good price. Friendly staff who kept me informed of progress, chased the supplier and even went to the local car dealer to pick up the clutch when it arrived there (Part only available from dealer for my car). Clutch fitted straight-away afterwards.
I used Cory’s recently for a complex and important series of repairs and diagnoses on my Nissan. At all times they were respectful, polite, informative and always upbeat and these complex tasks were completed quicker than I expected. Also, I found them to be thorough, picking up issues that really should have been found and dealt with at the previous MOT by another supplier. I now have a period of stability with my vehicle knowing that the matters that needed to be dealt with were dealt with and that Corys have played a big part in that. I will happily return in future if this is the standard of service that is the norm.
I wouldn't have an MOT here again. They failed me on a number of things and quoted £900 to fix it - when I got a mobile mechanic to look at it, he said it shouldn't have failed.I then took it to another mechanic for an MOT and they said exactly the same thing as the mobile mechanic.
Avoid **** Avoid **** Avoid ****I first contacted Cory’s to replace injector seals on my S40. Everton started by saying that he won’t do it before a diagnostic that would cost me £90. I told him that I don’t need a diagnostic. The only thing I want is a quote to get my injector seals replaced. Still he said that I have to do the £90 diagnostic first. Tired of this back and forward I agreed with the diagnostic. He called me later saying that he’s completed the diagnostic and that my car needs injector seals and that it would cost me £149 and should be ready by the end of the day so I agreed with it.Later on that day he contacted me saying that he can’t get the injectors off and it should be ready next day.Next day I called him and he said that he still can’t get them off and that would wait for his mechanic that deals with injectors to arrive so he can get it sorted.A few days later he calls me saying that he they broke the injector and that I would need a new one and that my bill was now £700.I said no that’s not what you’ve quoted me at first and a back and forward started again with him getting all aggressive saying that I can call recovery and collect my car because it is not drivable anymore as they broke the injector so it would be either my collecting the car and paying £149 + £90 for the diagnostic or get it fixed with them for £700.Left with no choice I told him to fix it.Later that day I finally collected my car and paid the bill in full.Bill saying: injector seals replaced and a brand new injector, parts + labour including injector testing.Got to my car and realised that passenger side door was scratched and the centre console too.Tired of it, I ignored and went home.3 weeks later, my other injector went while I was doing the school run, and that’s when I found out that they didn’t replace the injector seals that they charged me for and didn’t code the injectors after replacement. When confronted with it, he got all aggressive and told me to go elsewhere.Moral of the story: I took my car to Corys for injector seal replacement and ended up paying him over £700 and sell my car as spares and repairs.Thank you Corys and Everton !I would avoid Corys at all costs !!!They are a rip off !!!I have spoken to a few people that had really bad experiences with Corys.
***CORY'S CAR REPAIRS - AVOID AT ALL COSTS***My Jaguar XF-S initially arrived with Cory's car repairs on the 29th of February 2024, and was transported to them after another garage couldn't complete the work.At first I believed wholeheartedly that the car was in safe hands, Everton and the staff, are all clearly religious people, seemed trustworthy and contact was positive. At this point, I had no complaints. The car was recovered to them in a fairly sorry state, it was due an MOT, and also had issues with the starter motor and battery, meaning the car was refusing to start. I was aware any work completed would come with a fairly hefty bill due to it being a Jaguar, but I was told from the outset that they were JLR specialists and were the perfect people for the job.I had ordered a number of parts myself to keep the costs down, but Everton advised, that it would be beneficial to complete the work with new parts, as opposed to the second-hand parts I sourced, so despite the higher cost, I agreed and asked them to complete the work.Initially, Everton advised that the first work to be completed would be the starter motor and "coding of the battery" so that they could get the vehicle started. From there, they advised they would go ahead and take the vehicle in for an MOT, where the car failed miserably, on a whole manner of issues. As I'm self-employed and rely on my vehicle to travel all over the country, I told Everton to go ahead and get all the work completed where I was told initially, the parts and labour cost wouldn't be over £2000. Whilst it was a bitter pill to swallow, I asked for quality parts and, told them to replace both front tyres, even though it had only failed on 1, and requested that they kept me in the loop in terms of pricing as I was worried the cost was spiralling out of control.Once the car had passed, I was told they were still struggling to rebind the key to the car, and that I would need to speak with Jaguar directly. There were a few other faults with my parking sensors, a replacement auxiliary battery and a snapped wire, but after weighing up my options, I told them to get the car back in a fully working state and get everything repaired that they could. As anyone would, I took to the internet, spoke to a couple of other firms, and arranged for another company to come and complete the key binding once I had the car back in my possession, and the final bill with Cory's had been cleared. My final bill totalled a whopping £2334.95 inc VAT for both the Parts and Labour. When I got the car back, my door card on the drivers side hadn't been secured properly, and it was clear that they'd taken it off, and had braking clips in the process.Another mobile company arrived to successfully code the key to the vehicle, but once this had been completed it came to light that despite being charged to "Remove panels and check door lock not working" there were 2 historic faults showing on the door actuators which should have been picked up. They also informed me that there would be no need whatsoever to code a new battery to my particular vehicle.Despite alarm bells ringing at this point, I spoke with Cory's the next morning. As anyone would be, I informed them I was angry that I had been charged for work that had not been completed, and I was offered a refund of £66, despite the work that had allegedly been completed totalling £210 inc VAT.I explained that this wasn't good enough and that I wanted them to make the work right, which is when I received a rather aggressive call from Everton. He accused me of being rude, abusing their trust, and barred me from any further work with their business. This is despite the work/parts carrying a 3-month warranty as per their contract. It's clear that Everton is nothing but a rip-off merchant, and after reading other reviews, it appears I'm not the first person. I've been taken advantage of and will now be taking this up directly with trading standards and the governing bodies they claim to be accredited with.TAKE MY ADVICE, GO ELSEWHERE!
This was the first time I used Cory's Car repairs and it definitely won't be the last! From start to finish the service received was excellent. The detailed information regarding parts required and breakdown of the invoice was great. Video highlighting what needs to be repaired and informing of any additional costs was so helpful. Roberta and Everton were so lovely to speak to and so helpful with any queries I had.
Really great garage. Work is always costed accurately. Kept informed by telephone, videos and texts. The videos show you exactly whats wrong and what needs fixing. Lovely people. Very helpful. Both my wife and I and my son use this garage. Highly recommended
I had some work done this week. I asked for a price, which was given, when it came to paying it was £60 more. They also failed to mention that the car would need to be left with them overnight.I complained the next day and they were very rude and aggressive. It seems they’re all nicey nice until you point out problems.I will never go back to this garage. They also said and I quote “if you can’t afford a car buy a bike”. We have 2 cars, I think we’re good. That’s 2 cars you’ve lost business on.
Marcello, Roberta and the team went above and beyond getting me back on the road in days when it could well have taken months. Sourcing parts, keeping me informed, clearly explaining what was needed and why, their service was outstanding as always. I highly recommend this business.
I have used Corys Car for mine & wife's car MOT and Service since we moved to Rugby. I strongly recommend this garage as the team keeps you updated on the progress and the quality of repairs and service is excellent.Really awesome place. I received excellent customer service. Everton and the team are knowledgeable and professional.God Bless!Vincent
Great and friendly service from start to finish they also sent me videos of the issues and the work that they had done would defo recommend.
I have used this garage ever since I relocated to Rugby. I would recommend them to anyone. We received a video file showing us the work that needed doing, a quote in advance and I've always found them to be competitive on price. Very friendly and helpful service.
Great local garage. I've used this place for years and have got to know the owner well. He will give you good honest advice regarding repairs to the car and always explains the pros and cons of the choices when you have work needs doing. Will continue to use them 👍🏻
