They SCAM you on insurance they offer and then call you a liar
Bought a brand new vehicle 2 years ago. Paid a ton of money for insurance that both the salesperson and the financing person said " you can just drop the keys off and say I don't want it anymore". We now want to do that and the sales manager is being rude and ignorant. He's calling us liars. He does not listen to a word we say he just interrupts and argues that we are wrong. I tried being very polite and setting up an appointment he refused. He talked over me the whole time until I finally said I'd just call a lawyer. They called back a few minutes later and I put my husband on the phone because I was sick of this persons ignorance. He was again EXTREMELY rude, ignorant and just talked over us until he got my husband so upset he finally said we were going to try to "bring them down". Obviously anyone with any intelligence would know we meant with lawyers and online. This person decided to pretend he thought we were threatening him and the dealership physically! So they push you and push you and then when you react they act like you're threatening them!! JUST GO ELSEWHERE!! It was actually another dealership that showed me their con!!!They also taxed us on taxes.
