Scam - No refund, no product
Made an online purchase from their website in December, 2024. Received an email from Joyce M on 04 January, 2026 saying the product was unavailable and I’d be receiving a refund. Followed up when the refund failed to materialize, with no response. Now their website is down and the don’t return calls either. Scam.

Bought online and got asked for more shipping the day after purchase and also had items cancelled with no shipping refund
Bought around $700 of supplies online. Paid around $90 for shipping when checking out, which was high in my opinion, but the products were priced fairly to offset it. Then I get an email and a call the next day asking for $30 more dollars for shipping? Saying it didn't calculate properly as it was shipping from multiple locations. Felt like I was getting worked for more money and have NEVER had any other company call to try and do something like that after an online order in 25 plus years of online ordering. I actually felt bad for the gal who had to make that call. Can you imagine having to do that every day as your job? I told her I didn't feel that was my problem and I did my part by purchasing the items online. That they already had my money and I wanted my items shipped as anticipated. She said she'd have to check with her manager and did call back to let me know they would take care of it. The issue is their online checkout should work properly and know if items are getting shipped from multiple locations and a consumer who paid online the day before should never get called to ask for more money for shipping before they will ship your products you ALREADY paid for. Oh, and then later they had to refund me for part of my order as they didn't have all the items I purchased..... and no, they didn't refund me any of the shipping that was based on buying more items than I received. Will likely not do business with them again.

I thought I was receiving 2 gallons of Cabot’s stain sealer. There is no indication of the volume on the listing, so I assumed gallons, considering the price. Called their service line and was told I’d have to pay shipping and restocking fees. No consideration given.
